Overall, I will break this property at 10 out of 10 great for the value location. Staff was super nice.
Pros:

The staff was super friendly, the check-in counter and the ladies at the continental breakfast.

Cons:

The property was well kept and clean. However, the shower needs a little more attention to detail. I’m 6 foot two and at my shoulder level height, the walls were a little dirty..

Pros:

Nice friendly staff. Quiet, clean peaceful area.

Cons:

Pulled out sofa bed it had crumbs on it and trash under it. Thespace between the bed and the bed side table hadn't been dusted in a while. Some of the utensils in the silverware draw was dirty with food particles still on them.

Excellent location for the Gas South District events, great price, clean and pet friendly.
Pros:

The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The location was great. The area was easy to commute and safe. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and quiet.

Cons:

The shower pressure was too low making it too cold to enjoy a shower. There was only a partial enclosure to the shower which further hindered the ability to enjoy a shower, as it was very drafty.
