Selective accommodation of request! No outside food. Just bad!
Cons:

That no one tells you that you need your room key to operate the time elevator. When I booked online I asked for an extra bed and was later told via email that we couldn't be accommodated with the request, yet someone checked about an hour after us and they were accommodated with the extra bed, which is ridiculous! Keep in mind I checked in at night and the other party had made no previous reservation, yet they got the extra bed! Also the parking area entrance and exit has low clearance, which is a problem if your pickup is high. Also you are not allowed to eat chips or drinks and foods by the pool which are from outside the hotel, ridiculous! Especially since kids are always snacking. Wasn't all great of an experience as I had expected.

It was a good stay overall.
