Cons:

Pool could have had a few more lie-down sunbeds. There were only 2! We sat on chairs or laid our towels out on the floor.

Solid choice for short stay
Pros:

This place was so much better than I expected from the reviews. It felt like a Mexican Holiday Inn - not fancy but very clean, comfortable bed, and English speaking reception staff. 10 minutes flat walk to the ferry to Belize. Restaurant food and service also good.

Chetumal por descubrir.
Pros:

Es un lugar amplio, iluminado y bien ubicado. El personal amable. Habitaciones amplias y con todas las comodidades. Para los que desean sólo descansar es un lugar ideal por sus instalaciones y los que desean conocer Chetumal es adecuado porque todo queda cerca.

Cons:

Deben dejar con más precioción o a la vista, que recogen y llevan a la estación del tren Maya o al aeropuerto; solamente dando una propina al conductor.
Es un punto que deben hacer valer en su servicio.
Como no lo sabíamos no lo usamos cuando llegamos por la noche a la estación.

Apenas aceptable.
Pros:

La piscina y el bar de la piscina, el servicio ahí bueno, el proyecto en general me parece bueno, aunque el acceso al estacionamiento es pesimo. El restaurant es agradable, creo que los elevadores deberian llegar hasta el estacionamiento o al menos un acceso mas cercano.

Cons:

Que no halla comunicacion telefonica con la recepción, solo una toalla en el baño, no hay toallas de manos, creo que el mantenimiento y la recepción no van con el renombre de la cadena hotelera, solo hay unos pequeños mostradores en recepción. y en el area de la piscina ya hace falta mantenimiento a la duela del piso y a la de la pared y no se diga la de alrededor de la piscina así como al pintura de los muros, demrita el nombre del hotel.

an overnight stay between Tulum and catching the Belize ferry and very confortable

staff were friendly and professional. Excellent breakfast and roof top bar and pool

bathroom sinks didn't drain well and some furnishings were tired

The stay was great over all!
Pros:

The staff was amazing and very accommodating! The pool and view from up top was great as well!

The room didnt hve fridge and needed more towels to wipe hand and rags to bathe with.

Tienen que mejorar la comida del restaurante.
Los teléfonos de la habitación no funcionan. Es imposible comunicar con recepción o servicio a habitaciones
