Cons:

Pool area very run down. I was charged $1000 pesos for washing clothes I have paid in many other hotels from $150 to $300 pesos. The hotel returned $300 but still it’s robbery….

Overall, we had a great time and definitely will stay again!
Pros:

The rooms were spacious enough for our family. The staff was so helpful and kind. And the pool was the best part!

Cons:

The elevators being controlled by the room cards was confusing and no staff explained it to us. My husband ended up stuck and having to walk down two flights of stairs.

찾기 쉬습니다 . 수영장과 gym이 있습니다 .

Cons:

6 월 초에 밖의 온도가 32 도 체감온도는 35-36 도 목이 타 들어가는데 이렇게 큰 호텔에 냉장고가 없어서 , 더운 물을 마시고 너무 짜증났습니다 . 에어컨도 너무 약해서 방이 시원해 지는데 3 시간이 걸리고 그것도 약하게 나왔습니다 .
비수기라 수영장을 물을 빨리 갈지 않아서 너무 드러웠습니다. 매니저가 누구인지 정말 체크를 하는지 의심 스러웠습니다 .
가격대비 형편 없는 관리였습니다

Think i should be reimbursed some money cause i booked 3 rooms and we did not enjoy the pool one bit
Pros:

The room was good but NOT the pool. The main reason we booked this hotel was to go experience the pool that was dirty and slimy. No filtration system on or anything. Caused itching on our skin.

Cons:

THE POOL. If we knew it would not have been clean to swim in, we would have booked somewhere else. Highly disappointed.
