Pros:

We liked the location which was close or walking distance to the ASU campus and graduation.

Cons:

The breakfast food was not… palatable although it was convenient and the dining area was clean and comfortable. The kitchen staff were friendly and helpful.

It’s a well located property next to ASU with a lite rail station across the street. Very convenient to Mill Avenue. It is a good choice when visiting the area

Pros:

This was my second stay this year at the hotel and I stay in several hotels. This staff was professional, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. Nestled in the Arizona State University and famous Mill Avenue downtown Tempe areas, plenty of restaurants within walking distance and plenty of night life in the immediate area.

I had an emergency business shipment and the staff handled the issue as the pros they are! My early check-in was ready and the overall stay was very relaxing.

Bring your swimwear as the 11th floor pool and views at sunrise and sunset are breathtaking. The complimentary breakfast was nice too. Couldn't complain about the rooms at all.

I highly recommend this hotel!

Would definitely book again
Pros:

Location was perfect, there were so many restaurants and stores close by. The hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice and the gym was clean.

Cons:

The pull out couch was not comfortable.
