Great location to the city and airport, friendly staff and a tapas restaurant which was good.
Maybe it was just my room (183) but there was a timed aircon that hummed. Once asleep it became white noise
Good hospitality
We reached the hotel around 1:30AM. We were being handled by SIDI. We got the voucher confirmation already from the traveloka. But from the hotel side they did not receive the email yet from Traveloka, which was not our fault / problem. Fact the email have been sent to different email address that the hotel have. SIDI did not show any positive ownership or positive gesture which should be given to us as an alternatives such as : put some deposite, keep the guest's CC as guarantee, etc. The point was SIDI let us waited in the lobby for almost an hour
We are just curious, why this such 3 stars hotel doesnt have any Night Mgr, Duty Mgr or Any Leader who can take decision.
At the end, SIDI said he got the booking confirmation through Extra Net. But being part of hospitality, should be flexible. Yes, there are SOS, SOP which is need to be followed, but still need to put the GENUINE part, by seing things case by case. After SIDI gave us the room's key, he did not even do sincere apology, or greeted us with "have a nice staying with us, good night".
SIDI needs to have more training to know more about the difference between "SERVICE & HOSPITALITY"

I stayed at Grand Livio, Kuta Bali from November 7th to November 9th 2025. There was a small issue with the bolster pillow. I actually found it unique because the hotel provides bolsters, but unfortunately the one I received had an unpleasant smell, so I reported it.
The team handled the situation very well. The bolster was replaced with a new one, and I would like to give special thanks to the Manager on Duty (Veronica or Patricia, I’m sorry I can’t recall the exact name) for her quick response and professionalism. Thank you so much to her.
She also kindly complimented me with a pizza, which I truly appreciated.
I also ordered a pineapple juice, and honestly, it was the best pineapple juice I’ve ever had sweet, fresh, and very refreshing.
Thank you for the warm service and overall pleasant experience.

Breakfast average. Plus the area Kuta is a security risk because of chain snatching Thieves.
We stayed at Grand Livio Hotel in Bali in August and it was a great choice. The location was perfect for us – close to many famous attractions, easy access to Nusa Penida trips, and convenient to explore around. The room was very comfortable, the beds were super cozy, and we had good sleep every night. Breakfast was also very good with nice choices and tasty food. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they always smiled and supported us whenever we needed something. Overall, great value and we definitely enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!
DELUXE HOTEL WITH TAPAS RESTAURANT.. Most Indians stay here. Compliment breakfast. Take care of BEEF . Chineese food.
