Grand Residences Riviera Cancún All Inclusive

This was my first solo trip and this hotel made me feel safe, at ease, and relaxed. It's absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Not the loud noise that you hear in Cancun which i understand but it was the perfect getaway from the city life. Beautiful views, sunsets and sunrises... activities by the pool and the excursions are amazing. I was treated like a VIP guest and it was just little old me... highly recommend it

Amazing stay

Pros: beautiful, well-maintained property, very attentive and friendly staff, delicious food, easy transportation to and from the airport, quiet location, not crowded at all, a truly relaxing vacation, most guests were seniors or families with young children

Cons: We visited in September not knowing seaweed at the beach was a problem, the winter months would be a better time to go. We were offered free salon services or excursions if we agreed to attend a 1 1/2 hour “presentation” so beware, it’s just a sales pitch to join a membership to their hotels

Hands down the best resort we’ve ever stayed at. The staff is incredible. The food is top-notch, and everything is incredibly well maintained.

The resort staffed hospitality everything was very nice.

All inclusive and everything of great quality. Variety and great service. A true 5 star place. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and it was definitely a treat. The true vacation was the hotel and the great staff, food and care

This is ne of the best resorts I have been to. Will definitely come back again.

My two adult children and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night. The master suite was excellent. I enjoyed the Bose sound system and several TVs in the rooms. The suite is traditional styling and will likely appeal to older travelers. I had an excellent salmon dish and my two kids had good skirts steaks for dinner at Flor De Canela along with two very good musicians playing older songs which was quite entertaining, relaxing, and quite enjoyable.

The hotel was right on the beach and my beachfront master suite provided a great place for me to record the sound of the ocean. It’s a quiet and just a really fantastic place to relax and enjoy the ocean. I would have enjoyed sleeping on a hammock outside while listening to the waves, but there was no hammock. My daughter and I also enjoyed a lap pool that we used to get some exercise.

This is a great place for retirees or anyone just wanting to get away from the city vibe and be next to the ocean. The beach wasn’t really usable since there were many seaweeds in the water though.

Other than the construction next door, it was absolutely amazing. Will definitely stay again

The service in this resort is exceptional. The staff are very nice and super friendly. The rooms are typical Hacienda style, spacious and beautiful. The resort has limited dining options but the food is great.
The pool area services are great. They have good entertainment for kids and few for adults.
If you are looking for a quiet relaxing resort this place is for you.
The beach however is not the typical Cancun beach and there are a lot of seaweed and sometimes the smell can be too much.
We personally like to stay at the hotel zone area. This resort was la bit boring for us.

Resort property was beautiful: lobby, pool, restaurant and room. Front desk staff and concierge were friendly, helpful and courteous. Room service food was delicious.

Cons: Our room came with an outdoor jacuzzi but it was so dirty, we did not use it. Staff near the pool were not very helpful. We were told that we could order poolside but every time we asked a server, they directed us to the pool bar and snack bar. However, other guests around us were able to order from the lounge chairs. We booked a reservation for French night and the server took orders from guests that were seated after us. Kitchen staff got our order wrong, even when the waiter told us about our special requests.

Room service lime soup was everything! The international restaurant had great salmon and steak. Friendly staff and wonderful pool .

Overall if you want to relax and not leave the resort it’s perfect, but if your looking for clubs stay in Cancun, not puerto morales. It’s a cool place pools nice and good activities around but it was inconvenient to be 40-50 minutes away from all the fun
