Very average hotel, but great staff
Pros:

The staff are very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The room is very old, I wish they do some renovation to update the room, including the carpet and lighting which most of them isn't working.
The bathroom curtain and shower are dirty and mouldy. Plenty of space to store the luggage
However I am not sure, will return in the future until the update the rooms.

Super Aufenthalt für die die jemanden bisschen Abstand von Zentrum
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist gut immer Wechselhaft und frisch zu vorbereiten , die Restaurants auch gut vielen Menüs, Personal sind immer hilfsbereit.
Für die Familien mit Kindern, es gibt vielen Aktivitäten zu machen .

Cons:

War alles gut .

Pros:

Ontbijt valt mee, kan altijd beter. Merendeels moslim klanten. Zwembad is groot. Mini dierentuin, Fitniscentre aanwezig met begeleiding. Sommige personeel zijn niet klantservice.

Cons:

Beneden waar de receptie, Chinees restaurant, restrooms, vergaderzaal, eetzaal, en voor special gasten een aparte ruimte, zien er goed uit. Maar om te zeggen een 5sterren hotel daar gaat teveel.Toen wij kwamen kregen we de laatste kamer, redelijk schoon alleen de wanden waren vies vooral de airco kon je nauwelijks stellen en maakte veel kabaal. De airco filter mag wel eens schoon gemaakt worden. Ik ben benieuwd hoe de andere kamers eruit zien

Hervorzuheben ist das tolle Frühstück mit mehreren warmen indonesischen und internationalen Gerichten! Abends gibt es am See vor dem Hotel diverse Imbisse.

Pros:

The building and the lobby area is clean and smartly decorated. The prices are reasonable. Over all it's a good value for money.

Cons:

No.cash payment. Staff not allowed me to use Swimming pool as I was wearing Pajama and their rule required a Half Necker ( which is not Right for Muslims)

A parte le criticità mi sento di consigliare questo hotel
Pros:

Questo business hotel molto datato ha come punti di forza: uno staff eccellente ( un grazie particolare a Nina). una colazione eccellente con prodotti di qualità, notevole varietà di piatti asiatici ed europei sia dolci che salati il tutto accompagnato da una meticolosa attenzione alla pulizia e all'ordine. Un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. A dieci minuti a piedi dall Indonesia Mall

Come criticità presenta camere vecchie come ultravecchi sono i bagni poco curati, la sensazione che non siano molto pulite, aria condizionata rumorosissima, infiltrazioni di acqua nei muri, tende macchiate e strappate e cucite. La piscina vecchia con solo due sdraio. La posizione pur essendo vicina a due Mall rimane abbastanza decentrata. Nellohotel non si può acquistare nulla in contanti e cosa a mio avviso imperdonabile e che dopo l'orario di ceck out non è possibile in nessun modo depositare le valigie

Heerlijk verblijf als je behoefte hebt aan (even) een luxere ervaring

Zeer ruime en luxe kamers en fantastisch ontbijtbuffet. Veel meer kunnen we er niet over zeggen want door vertraging van de vlucht kwamen we middernacht aan en de volgende ochtend al moesten we met de kogeltrein naar Bandung.

Geen minpunten.

بصراحة اقامة لا تنسى بشاشة الموظفين وحسن التعامل وحب الخدمة الجميع وده يخدمه لدرجة ان موظفة الاستقبال صعدت معانا للغرف اشكرهم من كل قلبي

بصراحة انا كل شي اعجبني بس المدام كان لديها بعض الملاحظات الفرش نظيف بس قديم ملاحظات على بعض المخدات وطلبنا تغييرها وفيه ريحه دخان ف الغرفة يبدو انها تجي من الشارع الخلفي للفندق
