Beautiful old, traditional pub stay with good facilities , great location, and great bistro.
Pros:

Location was great. Close to train station, cafes, and antique shops.

Cons:

The bathroom was roomy, however, the shower stall was small.

Pros:

The staff were lovely and accommodating, food was amazing and the overall feel was warm, inviting and nostalgic historical feel. Not the typical old cold pub stay feel some may envision when staying in a hotel, our family found it very family friendly, clean, comfortable and accommodating and would recommend and stay again.

Cons:

Our first night had some rain and strong winds resulting in the window rattling throughout night and that accompanied by the pigeons on the roof were a little annoying but very minor in the overall experience and definitely not enough to deter us from booking in the future.

The location was perfect The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. Mandy is such a beautiful staff member. Forever grateful 🙌🙏
I also want to thank the bartender who addressed a banging noise outside my room at 2am in the morning. It turned out that because it was a very windy night, the wind was causing the window to rattle.

OK for the price I paid. Probably will use it next year.

Ideal location for the Blue Mountains
Pros:

Location was ideal for my travel plans. The hotel was located opposite the town station and easy to walk to. The staff made the check-in easy.

Cons:

My room was facing the main road and was loud enough to disturb sleep. Also the trains would come by frequently and blow their horns. Not in the control of the hotel - but worth noting if you need sleep before an active day.

Super pleased I booked here, definitely will stay again!
Pros:

Warm friendly staff, great central location, electric blanket, clean & comfy.

Cons:

Shower head. Non functioning kettle. (I stayed such a short time I didn’t mention the kettle but left a note)

Polite and friendly staff, lovely pub downstairs with scrumptious food. Will definitely have the lamb steak again.

Cons:

Room was tiny and a bit dated. Windows rattling throughout the night wasn't ideal. Okay for a night's stay.
