According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

O lençol de baixo sai o tempo todo...tem que fazer algo pra não ficar sobre o colchão sem lençol
Ficamos só uma noite, mas a acomodação era ótima e o café da manhã também.
Há estacionamento gratuito.

Os funcionarios são simpáticos e prestativos
O quarto não tem nenhum isolamento acústico, muito pelo contrário, qualquer ruido que tenha no prédio, é amplificado no quarto.
Se alguem de outro quarto liga o chuveiro, parece que tem uma cachoeira no seu quarto. Descaga então? Me acordou a noite toda.
O elevador gera um ruido altíssimo também.
Ja morei em prédios em São paulo, e nunca vi algo assim.

O lençol da cama, apesar de parecer de boa qualidade, não tem elástico e por ser um pouco curto, fica soltando.
