老朽化対策により今年で閉館になってしまうのが残念。駅からも近く、コンビニも近くにあり便利。施設の古さは否めないが、不便ではなかった。コンセントの数が少なかったが、延長コードがあったので不自由ではなかった。

The room is small even by Japanese standard but very clean and quiet. Bed was made on daily basis. Location is very good, very short distance from fushimi station (which is one one stop from nogaya station and Sakae) two convenience stores steps away

出張で使いました
Pros:

出張で使う会議室が近くにあり、宿泊費補助が１万円までだったので、こちらに決めました。朝食は和食でいただきました。普通に見えましたが、茶わん蒸しがついているのが嬉しかったです。バイキングではないので、ゆっくりいただけました。設備は古そうですが清潔ですし、カードキーでないのが却って使いやすかったです。
ただ、トイレのウォシュレットが動かなかったのです（リモコンを便器に向けてスイッチを入れる）。周囲にはコンビニや飲食店がたくさんあり、１日目の昼はリーズナブルなうどん、2日目はひつまぶしをいただきました。
