Cons:

The service. I came to the hotel around 12:45 to13:00 looking to check in. I was told that I could not check in without being charged an extra fee, which I did not even inquire about, due to the cleaning crew still working. I was to come back between 15:00 and 21:00, outside of these times there were going to be extra charges. Seriously only 6 hours to check in? I could understand this IF it was during the peak summer season, not the middle of November.

I understand the need to try and keep costs lower by cleaning as many rooms close together as possible.

Then there was breakfast, or the lack there of. I arrived to the breakfast area around 08:30and found that there were only 4 sausages that looked like they had been there since 06:30 and there was no scrambled eggs left.

For the cost of $200 cost this left me disappointed.

I will consider staying there again at some point.
Pros:

I had left my sandals in my room. After contacting the front desk they were able to locate them and return them to me. I truly appreciate the honestly and effort to have them returned! I also liked the location for how I could leave my car and walk into Southampton.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind.

Good stay
Pros:

Large Size of room
Location/ lots of free parking
Staff in breakfast room and maintenance ( helped with tv) were friendly and helpful
Good variety of breakfast and lots of seating

Cons:

Countertops in bathroom are very woren and should be replaced
More than one staff at check-in to speed up process when numerous people checking in at once

We will be back. Two gentlemen on front desk were excellent.
Pros:

Adequate. Plates were in wrong spot for easy serving. Should have been at the first before the waffle machine and the eggs, sausages and home fries.

Cons:

Had a difficult time with the TV.

Pros:

For the price I would have expected at least a couple bottles of water in the room, or even a couple when asked for at the front desk. Travellers do not usually want to use tap water… you had coffee in the room, you should have supplied water for it.
