Lovender Guesthouse

Nice and quiet place.
They did not clean the room each day, you have to ask them to do that.
The kitchen is OK, but the freezer does not work well.

Ce Guesthouse est bien. Il est situé dans un quartier tranquille, près de restaurants et d'une épicerie. Les aires communes sont belles et propres. Il y a des boiseries et des vitraux, ce qui est très jolie. La piscine est aussi agréable et propre. Il y a un coin cuisine avec réfrigérateur, vaisselle, tables et chaises. C'est très pratique.

Les chambres par contre, manque un peu d'entretien. Il y a des taches et des trous dans les murs. Il y a des taches d'eau au plafond. Dans l'une des chambres, il n'y avait plus de poignée de porte pour la salle de bain. On voit que ça l'a déjà été de bels chambres, mais maintenant il faudrait les rafraîchir.

Hommy guest house with a small pool in the center of corridors. Good place to see around Malang.

The place was hard to find because of the name of the street,lamongan.Most people think it's near the street with city name,but actually it's near the mountain name. So if you have to tell the driver,just let them know that it's gunung lamongan street. The place was very charming and comfortable and had alll the important things that star hotel needed.its had clean room with ensuite,tv,slippers,towels and soap. It's provided you with free water and small size swimming pool in the middle of all the rooms. It's also provided buffet breakfast,which we didn't try because we hadn't to go to bromo. They also provided bromo tour.one of the midnight receptionist,also a tour leader. He was very helpful. Surround area has couple of restaurant within walking distance, I will recommended the Flamboyant restaurant,it's clean and also provided one the best fresh milk and yoghurt. The owner was very friendly and the food was clean and yummy. It's Indonesian food. If you want to venture a bit,around 15 minutes walk,there was big sport stadium and big shopping centre. Overall it was good place to stay in Malang.

rooms small but comfy, bathroom ceiling needed some attention but overall very good, pool should be cleaned more often.
