Could be much better but walking to marina is benefit
Pros:

Close to the marina

Cons:

It was noisy and surrounded by building works - even the Front entrance was closed .Office staff could be more friendly and were very unhelpful when we wanted a room change . The rooms were poorly serviced and fresh towels had to be requested- bed linen was thin and poor quality and not changed in 6 days . Security could be much better .

Great sleep in a very comfy king bed, great location
Pros:

Good location but was a little difficult with the road closed & the other exit blocked by trucks. Loved the king bed was very comfy & had a bit of a view.

Cons:

The shower leaked into the kitchen & cheap toaster, couldn’t fit a normal slice of bread into it.

Clean, easy check in after hours, great prices, walk to the ferry terminal, pub over the road.

Cons:

Noise on Thursday night, all night. Wednesday night upon return was much better though.

Very pleasant stay, we were here for 5 nights
Pros:

Staff were very accommodating and pleasant. A guest laundry is onsite which is such a bonus when travelling. Rooms are very spacious and motel located a comfortable stroll to waterfront.

Cons:

Water pressure a bit low in the shower
