I like the staffs, the room and even the restaurant is good. Location is quiet, not too far from city center, convenient.
Very clean, open space surrounded by beautiful trees and plants, the staff very nice and attentive to all our need.
The room was great, the hotel property in general was wonderful and relaxing, close enough to the main spots of Siem Reap that it's $2 or less for a tuk tuk. Service is amazing! They make you feel right at home. The food was also delicious. If I go back to Siem Reap, I will definitely stay here again!
The service at Natura Resort is amazing! They are attentive, friendly, and kind. The accommodations are very comfortable, and the food is quite good. It might be a little far removed from the center of ton but this means that it's quiet and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.
Kudos to the management team for their environmental initiatives like no single use plastic: drinking water was refill on glass bottles in every room, soap and shampoo in refillable containers. Spacious room, beautiful pool and awesome staff. Hope to visit you again in the future.
overall good especially pancake for brkfst...
Das Hotel ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Tempel in der Umgebung.
Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
I have stayed at many hotels and not found a better staff anywhere. They were efficient, very friendly and bent over backward to make our stay pleasant. While the rooms are not fancy, they are very nice and well-kept. Hot water for a long shower was a little less than expected, but easily tolerable. There are many nice restaurants in the area and they always have a tuk-tuk standing by and a driver who is fair in his pricing. there are temples and parks wihin walking distance and a walk along the river is also nice. It is far enough away from down town to be quiet at night, but close enough to be very convenient. I will absolutely go back here.
Eighty percent of why I chose this particular boutique hotel was because they touted a Khmer-style vegetarian and vegan menu. My first night at the hotel I went to the restaurant to try this wonderful cuisine, and they barely knew what the word vegetarian was (and pointed to the BLT as my only "vegetarian" option) and had no idea what the word vegan meant. I am lactose intolerant and sensitive to some meats, especially seafood, so actually having a restaurant that can assure you of it's knowledge of "vegetarian" and/or "vegan" is kind of crucial for me. I was highly disappointed. The guide and tuk tuk that was arranged through the hotel was also disappointing, but I think that might have been situational. There was also a half-dead cockroach one morning in my room, which was less than ideal.
Really enjoyed Natura !
Staff were extremely kind to me. I tried to squeeze one more day of sightseeing on the day I checked out and it ended up pouring with rain. I got back to the hotel to pick up my bags and head to the airport, soaking. They offered to let me use a room to take a shower before my flight - really very nice of them. More generally, the hotel is well laid out with spacious, clean rooms and most of the amenities one would look for in a hotel. Food at the restaurant was very fresh - but selection was a bit limited. Staff were polished and very helpful. Just know that this isn't one of those super-resorts with 100's of rooms and a karaoke bar. It's smaller hotel and tucked away in a quiet corner of Siem Reap. Would recommend to anyone, but particularly for someone who is looking for peace and quiet after touring the sites at Angkor. Would stay again.
I enjoyed my stay here. I stayed two weeks. It is right next to the river on a forested road. Its very quiet and peaceful. The rooms are great and very comfortable. I rented a motorcycle and road it into town which is just two minutes away. I would stay here again.
Quiet hotel and close enough to attractions. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Staff are very accommodating and friendly.
This resort is completely fenced off and there is always someone at the front desk to help you with anything you need and greet you with a chilled damp wash cloth when you come home. The food was amazing and happy hour drinks were nice by the pool served with roasted peanuts seasoned with lemon grass, lime leaf, and garlic. The beds are a little hard and the shower didn't get very hot. But everything else about this place is awesome and very affordable.
This little sanctuary is just perfect & highly recommended.
The staff work like a family & can not do enough for you.
The rooms are modern & stylish.
A very relaxing place to stay.
Lovely resort. One of a kind boutique hotel. Service is no. 1. You cannot get this kind of service elsewhere. The energy and team spirit of the staff is fantastic
However need to improve on door design and water condition (which I understand is not the fault of the hotel but happens to some part of Siem Reap)
I stayed three nights in order to visit Angkor Wat and Tonle Sap. The staff were a delight and could not have been more courteous. The hotel chef prepared excellent breakfasts and dinners. In particular, the manager, Mr. San, was able to arrange trips, drivers, guides, restaurant reservations, etc. all at short notice, good quality, and reasonably priced. The pool was very clean and well maintained.
It was generally a very positive experience, staff was extremely helpful, and the food is good. Recommend to chillout by the pool and a dip in the pool is very necessary in the hot weather.
This is a delightful hotel, with beautiful rooms and cute garden setting. Food and drinks are superbly presented and very cheap. A couple of comments regarding the deluxe room and suite description - there is no bath or day bed as mentioned in the hotels.com description. Also, this is not in fact a smoke-free property. (Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms because of the straw roof but elsewhere there were people smoking - including the owners!) My only negative comment about the rooms is that the beds and pillows are like rocks. The bed desperately needs a mattress topper- I ended up folding the duvet in half and sleeping on top of it to try and add some cushioning. But overall a beautiful property and friendly team.
