Pros:

The rooms are good but washroom is a bit outdated leaking here and there and broken in few places. The sprayer of the commode wasnt functioning to full capacity. The staff were curtious

Cons:

Washroom mainly isn't upto Poppy s standard. Thali meal was good. Breakfast must have more dishes but surely tasty

It's not worth it for money
Pros:

Room lights dark. The bathroom looks ugly ! Restaurant food is not worth it. Better take breakfast outside.

Good, but not excellent
Pros:

The property is located near Railway station and center of the city. this is good for the people who travels through train.
Staff are polite and good. The property maintained very clean.

Cons:

The room is too small to accommodate 3 adults, good for only 2 people
The lunch is not good. Kumbakonam has lots of veg hotel option to visit, so no issues
The lighting is very poor. We can't open the curtain when someone is dressing. They may have to have bright lights near those mirrors and there are lots of LED options on these days.
The open parking is very small and would accommodate 4-5 cars. Not sure if they have a ground parking.

Cons:

There was no hot water supply. When asked during checkout he said it's solar and I could have informed him then. I wonder how he could have helped me during the middle of a bath !!!

Solar or other source, a property of this level should have proper hot water supply in all rooms.
