A place that offers good value for money, convenient, and accessible to many facilities.
Pros:

Loved the service staff - always a smiley lady receptionist although limited language capability with the gentlemen.
The room was great - spacious and they gave us 3 fresh bottles of water everyday! Toilet was also big! Location is also good, within short distance to the train station on both sides of the hotel. There are some good eateries around the area and a convenient mart right next to Lex hotel.

Cons:

The shower has no shower curtains so the floor got very wet no matter how we tried not to get the sink area wet. Only paper cups (almost shot size!) are found in the room. Would have been good to have some proper cups for our tea and coffee. Dustbin openings are tiny (haha!!) - not sure why that is the case!

Staff is good but it’s a bare minimum basic place to stay
Pros:

Location was great

Cons:

It’s dated, noisy but I was located in front of the elevator as well as overall space being lit with harsh lighting. It was a good basic hotel for the area. The staff female at door was really nice and helpful.

玄関靴脱ぐスタイルがとてもよかったです。
清潔感あるし、水もサービスだし、めちゃくちゃよかった。

気軽に江南エリアを満喫できるコスパの良いホテル
Pros:

仁川空港のリムジンバス降り場、乗り場からほど近いです。
また地下鉄シンサ駅にも近くてとても便利なロケーションです。

Cons:

お部屋にコンセントはたくさんありますが、韓国のコンセントなので日本のコンセントを使用するにはアダプターが必要です。 またiPhone 充電のためのUSBアウトレットが有ればよりべんかなと思います。

Pros:

인근 숙소에 비해 넓고 리모델링 했는지 깨끗합니다 tv도 크고 바닥이 온돌로 뜨끈해서 좋았어요 대로변에 있어 지하철 버스 이용하기 좋고 카페, 맛집들도 많아 편리했습니다

Cons:

프라이빗 라운지 때문에 밤 11시부터 시끄러워지는데 예민한 분들은 잠들기 힘들수도 있을거 같아요

Passable. will likely comeback
Pros:

The location, pretty close and walkable to Sinsa Station. There is a bus stop nearby to catch a bus to Incheon Airport

The decor is nice

Room is very spacious

Staff are friendly

Cons:

Could not control our heater as i wished as the heater was controlled by the facility directly
Was freezing at nighttime and we had to wear more clothes to be able to sleep. Seoul was not really cold when I visited and stayed at this hotel.

I don’t know if the room is warm enough during peak winter period when Korea’s temperature can drop to minus 20 Celsius
