Staff was really friendly, made you feel welcome. Very nice hotel, I would stay there again.
Only real issue was there was a pretty nasty stain on the sheets, looks like the sheets where washed and cleaned, just like one of those stains that wouldn’t come out, but I told the room cleaner the next morning and she fixed it right away.
Location and price
No ordinary Bar. The bar was too fancy. He didn’t feel comfortable.
We were told we would be piked up at the airport at 8.45 pmand after several calls to the hotels we were finally picked up at 9.40pm. Which after travelling for 23 hours was not ideal.

The staff were pleasant and very helpful, and everything was exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows, and the room was wonderfully quiet. Although breakfast wasn’t included, the buffet offered a wide variety of options at a very reasonable price. We would definitely stay here again.
The staff was great and very helpful. I enjoyed the room alot the jacuzzi tub was amazing and so much bigger then I imagined I truly enjoy our one night stay.
We stood out in the freezing weather for over an hour. We called the hotel 3 times in that hour and each time the desk said the shuttle was on its way. Traffic must be bad. Finally my husband asked another hotel shuttle driver if he could drive us to radisson. He was very kind and did. When we arrived the shuttle was cold and obviously was never driven to airport. After confronting desk employee he lied to my face and said he was there and we must have missed him. Believe me, no one takes their eyes off the shuttles going by.
Will never stay at the radisson again.
Clean and nice, staff helpful and friendly.
I was irritated when the slide was not operational in the pool for approximately 1.5 hours. I called the front desk from the pool with my two boys ages 5 and 8 and Maintenance came, left, came left, and this was disappointing as the slide was the main reason I booked with your hotel. My boys were disappointed over this. Maintenance eventually got the slide working temporarily by overriding the system.
Next day we had to call again to get the slide working which was additional delays, but eventually Maintenance got it working again. I really believe that if you have a slide on your website, it should be operational with no delays, otherwise inform people that are staying there. We live in Calgary and this was a special get away for me and my two precious boys that have unfortunately been through a lot of unnecessary trauma during a very high conflict separation which has caused them anxiety and emotional dysregulation. We still had a great surprise getaway boys weekend in Calgary and I have continued to recommend your Hotel to others.

We love everything about our experience with this beautiful hotel. A hidden gem in a quiet industrial area. Our amazing travel magician Matthew White of Majestic Escapes Travel Inc. recommended this very economical hotel close to the Calgary Airport (with shuttle) to help take some of the strain off from a chaotic trip home to Kamloops from Cuba. Due to an unforeseen issue their shuttle bus was out of commission so they sent a United Cab at their cost to fetch us from the airport; great friendly driver.
The public area is beautifully furnished and decorated and Vishnu provided super check-in, offering late checkout for noon next day and prearranging the next day’s United Cab return trip to the airport. We dropped our bags in the very quiet high end and comfortable room (wow!!), complete with heated floors in tiled foyer and bathroom. I want to mention how clean and well cared for this room and the entire complex is; you obviously have exceptional staff in your Housecleaning Department and it shows.
Vishnu had shown us where the restaurant and lounge was located so we went in and met Lloyd, the XS Lounge & Grill’s exceptional Maître d'hôtel. As there were only two other diners we spent a delightful couple of hours enjoying a few glasses of our favourite spirits sharing our travel story and chatting with Lloyd while he provided exceptional service. Our meal was memorable. Nirma, who was our Chef de partie, provided very appetizing Dry Ribs, the best New York Striploin we’ve ever tasted and the delicious Cajun Chicken Burger. Our sides with the meals were also very tasty. Thank you both!
After a restful sleep we went back to the restaurant area for a fantastic Buffet Breakfast, tended to by a friendly young lady named Taniya. Our check-out experience continued in the same vein with the lovely smiling Vidhi as she and your delightful Concierge Vijay took care of our last needs. We were exclaiming about our delight for the whole time spent and honestly said if we didn’t live in Kamloops we would be there for dinner at least once a week and how surprised we are that Calgarians don’t seem to know about the amenities offered. The perfect place to wine and dine, superior rooms at extremely affordable prices and very obviously the perfect place to have a wedding or other social gatherings due to the lovely atmosphere and decor. When I mentioned that we will have Matthew White purposely book us into this hotel whenever we are in Calgary we got the chance to meet two other star performers you are lucky enough to have working for you. Keshari Lama, Sales Manager and Archana Blon, Catering Sales Manager came and introduced themselves and thanked us for staying with them and for all the compliments we had. Really lovely people in your establishment.
Sorry if this is too long but I don’t want to forget anyone or any experience we had at this “last minute - need a bed due to flight changes” hotel experience we thought we were going to have. We cannot wait to come back and see you again. Thank you.
