Nice stay in Bergen
Pros:

The location was excellent! It was walking distance from the train station and centrally located. It was also quiet. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Our A/C was barely putting out anything. We were there during some warm weather. The staff gave us a fan, which was very helpful.
I wish they had more allergy friendly items at breakfast that were more clearly marked.
The front desk area was finishing a remodel, so a bit crazy.

Pros:

Location was in the heart of Bergen close to everything. Staff was great and attentive. Excellent breakfast.

Great position in the town

Cons:

the property needs an upgrade desperately. The lights control with the key card didnt work and they couldnt do anything about it until Monday when someone from maintenance was there. so a couple of days inconvenience. No basin plugs available. no instruction to control temp in the room, it was always too hot. Staff tried their hardest but their hands were tied
