Great Hotel Right in the Middle of Town!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at the N°13. Three nights in a superior room facing onto the street was a comfortable and pleasant stay. The weather was excellent so we made good use of the room balcony and had no need for room a/c. The step-in shower was excellent and there was plenty of hot water and a good coffee machine. The rooms have a mini fridge too . Rooms were cleaned each morning although you do have to request this before 10pm the night before. The breakfast was very good and ample, good quality products and plenty of space to eat. I would thoroughly recommend this well-located hotel!

Strange rooms
Pros:

Excellent location for visiting Bergen. Very good breakfast. The staff is extremely helpful. Very clean. Comfortable bed and quiet location (we had a room facing the inner courtyard)

Cons:

1. Many rooms have no view. The windows can't be opened, and the glass is "frozen" (opaque). There is no possibility to get fresh air.
2. The "bathroom" is actually part of the room. The WC and shower cabin are part of the bedroom. No privacy at all. I have travelled a lot in many hotels, but I have never seen such an unpleasant set-up of the room.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Location was great. Walking distance to everything. Right in the main area of Bergen, close to restaurants and cafes.

A great place to stay in the heart of Bergen
Pros:

Great location, very comfortable rooms with funky decor and very helpful staff. The breakfast was very tasty, catering with a variety of food types.

Gutes Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis für Bergen.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, direkt im Zenturm und sehr nahe zum Fischmarkt und den alten Häusern. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Frühstück wird im Untergeschoss ohne Fenster serviert.

Sistemazione mediocre. L'unico vantaggio è che ci si trova in pieno centro.
Pros:

Ottima posizione e colazione abbondante e varia. Peccato che a) la camera non ha finestre ma solo fessure vetrate per la luce in bagno che per consentire alla camera di avere luce è privo di porta e non consente pertanto di avere una propria intimità; b) la colazione viene servita in un seminterrato privo di luce (peraltro con pochi tavoli) e non è per nulla piacevole; c) per chi resta piu di un giorno la pulizia quotidiana deve essere espressamente richiesta e viene eseguita molto sommariamente (solo rifacimento letto e cambio asciugamani; nessuna pulizia in bagno e neppure cambio delle tazze da caffè usate in precedenza).
