Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei allen Fragen weitergeholfen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. Das Hotel ist klein aber fein.

Cons:

Leider ließ sich im Zimmer kein Fenster öffnen.

Passet dårlig for meg at jeg ikke hadde ett vindu jeg kunne åpne opp siden jeg er glad i frisk luft. Og at selvom jeg senket temperatur inne på rommet var det likevel veldig varmt inne på rommet. Sov dårlig på nettene pga det

Fabulous location, decor, facilities and the most friendly staff.
Pros:

We were relocated to the sister hotel (hotel Olena) which is literally around the corner due to this hotel being closed. The Hotel Olena was fabulous- super clean, stylish, excellent breakfast, fantastic central location and the most friendly staff who could not do enough to make our family feel welcome (especially Henrique who was so kind to my young son who loves him!)

Sentralt hotell
Pros:

Veldig sentralt i Bergen by. Hyggelig resepsjonist.

Cons:

Litt dårlig lukt i resepsjon/inngangsparti. Og veldig varmt på rommet, ikkje mulig å skru varmen lenger ned.
