In der Nacht von Samstag, dem 7., auf Sonntag, den 8., ist ein fremder Mann in mein Zimmer eingedrungen, während ich im Bett schlief, weil die Rezeption ihm den Schlüssel zu genau demselben Zimmer ausgehändigt hatte. Abgesehen davon, was sich anschließend im Zimmer ereignete, als dieser Mann sich weigerte zu gehen, hat sich die Rezeption nicht einmal entschuldigt. Ein Albtraum.

Pros:

Am Samstag war das Frühstück gut, das Angebot reichlich. Montag wurde zum gleichen Preis lediglich ein stark eingeschränktes Frühstück angeboten. Essentielle Dinge wie Vollkornbrot und viele Früchte/Obst fehlten. Müslizutaten stark eingeschränkt.

Cons:

Die Fenstergriffe waren stark verschmutzt. Zahnputzbecher fleckig.
Mitarbeiter in der Rezeption war nicht in der Lage zu grüßen und hörte nicht richtig zu.
