Categories

Cleanliness
9.5
Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness ("Clean and comfortable", "Clean rooms", "dining area was spotless"); overall very positive.
Service
9.6
Staff repeatedly described as pleasant, friendly and helpful (front desk, breakfast attendant, 'lady in charge', 'super friendly staff'); strong positive service sentiment.
Location
8.8
Mixed mentions: several guests said the location was convenient or 'perfect' for specific needs (birding, concert), while one guest noted it was a little far from downtown.
Room Quality
9
Rooms described as comfortable and quiet by multiple guests; one mention of noise from sharing a wall with elevator/ice machine lowered the score slightly.
Amenities
8.6
Breakfast amenities are strong, but some amenity negatives were noted (fitness center lacked paper towels/disinfectant, no in-room coffee makers), so this category is somewhat reduced.
Value for Money
9.2
Guests referenced 'decent price' and 'nice price' and overall good experience for the cost, supporting a high value rating.
Food and Beverage
9.6
Breakfast repeatedly praised (freshly made hot eggs, sausage, hash browns, good selection, spotless dining area); very strong positive sentiment.
Overall Experience
8.5
Overall sentiment is very positive ('Very pleasant stay', 'Enjoyed it', 'great stay') with a few minor negatives (no in-room coffee, occasional noise, breakfast time requests) that slightly temper the overall score.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my birding excursion at Otis Farms Bird Sanctuary.
Pros:

The selection of breakfast items was very good. I appreciated the freshly made, hot scrambled eggs, sausage and hash browns, as well as the fruit and yogurts. The dining area was spotless, spacious, and inviting. A female employee was diligent in keeping all trays filled and was helpful in showing guests how to operate the coffee machine. All in all, it was a nice start to the day.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind.
