Great staff… friendly and responsive
Good location off interstate 10. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast.
Dirty trash under both beds. Night front desk mumbled and not very personable. Booked a king standard room but got 2 XL double beds instead. Bathroom had dirty corners, cracked sink and repair strip coming off ceiling.
Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast
Rooms were a little dirty (dust on the coffee maker and tissue dispenser); carpet was sticky. Bathroom had a little odor of sewer.
Room was very clean and I liked the walk in shower and toiletries and towels available
Nothing.
Clean, nice breakfast, quiet, safe.
No pencil or paper at the desk. Strong smell of cleaning chemicals.
Nice and friendly
Stayed for three nights and not once was our room cleaned. Had to ask for clean towels
Easily accessible, clean.
We had an issue mid stay with our room being double booked. They took care of it quickly and made sure we were taken care of.
Was great for we were just passing through.
It’s all good
Clean and wonderful amenities!! Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the pool and continental breakfast.
Won’t stay here again. Poor service. Try a different hotel here along the interstate.
Unwelcoming from the moment I stepped in the door. ‘Show me your physical card’ she cuts me off with as I step up to the counter. She barks it again as I try to tell her I don’t have a credit card from 1985 with physical numbers printed on it. So I hand her my blank metal card, to which she rolls her eyes and demands my phone to confirm the numbers. Don’t get me started about the sign in form they use. I’ve done mortgage apps that take less fake initials here and there. So annoying and unnecessary… your franchises all don’t seem follow the same script.
Room was outdated but fine. Size was good if you were needing space.
Breakfast? I wouldn’t know. To be fair it doesn’t open until 6am. I was standing there at 535… no problem. But here’s the dumb kicker. The breakfast was fully cooked and laid out in the dishes. Hot potatoes , nice smelling cinnamon rolls… all hit and fresh… at 535… and the girl rudely puts up a literally rope barricade to cut me off. Oh did I mention the front desk said ‘sure grab whatever is ready’. I asked once more if I could grab a plate of whatever was ready, which was everything, and she said no. Fine…but the food laying out for 25 mins seems reasonable you could just go ahead and get something… but like I said not complaining too much because I knew it didn’t open until 6… but the whole thing is a customer service issue nothing more .
Oh wait, one more issue - my key stopped working. The lecture I received at the front desk about how to prevent it from happening was insulting. You can’t out the keys next to key. Fobs, wallets, credit cards, phones, headphones, and a couple other items. She wouldn’t stop talking and make my keys until I listened to her insulting bs. Yea I know what happened lady… just make my keys work already.
If you’ve made it this far, go next door… might be better
The staff was great they were super friendly and welcoming, the building itself met all of our needs for what we are looking for for a large group.
The pool and hot tub were posted as available when we booked but they were closed, the breakfast was old and rancid and made my fiance sick, our room was filthy with sticky stuff allover the walls, hair in our bed, and scale buildup allover the shower and sink.
