Pros:

The toilet was not clean and leaking.

Cons:

Location is good. But overall the Hotel is not worth 4 stars status. Swimming pool is not working and there was no water.

A very comfortable stay, quiet and majestic stay blended with professionalism and personal touch. Much recommended
Pros:

Proximity, cleanliness, very professional staff members, comfort in the property, and good breakfast 🙂 to write few.
I was also Invited to attend the Lohri festival celebrations with the staff members and General Manager, which shows that the overall culture of togetherness and belongings.

Last 6-7 times the quality of housekeeping is going down. The cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms and bathrooms specifically is bad. Wallpaper are torn, soda covers torn dirty chairs and sofa.
