Would stay here again!

The morning of our stay someone from the hotel called to confirm our rooms. SO VERY NICE!

Freezing cold water
Pros:

Rooms were clean

Cons:

We came to San Antonio to attend a concert. Upon checking we planned to take a shower and head out for concert. We turn hot water on and it is cold. VERY cold. We wait 10 minutes, no change in temperature. We call the front desk and a lady working check in says she will come up to check
She comes up, tries handle several ways, gives it couple minutes and then says: “I’ll have to call plumber. Not sure how long it will take. I explain we have been on motorcycle all day and need to take a shower. She says there’s nothing she can do. My girlfriend and I take a freezing cold shower.
The next morning we wake up. No change, water still freezing cold. No offer from hotel to switch rooms, no offer for partial refund. Nothing. Very unpleasant hotel experience. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Pros:

Breakfast was really good holiday inn never disappoints it’s always my go to for value and price is great very clean smells great asoon as you walk in reception was incredibly nice and helpful with our needs 10 outta 10

Cons:

Our view was a lot of parking but not a big deal I mean I if I was on vacation it would be preferable to stay with a nice view but just preference and the jacuzzi wasn’t working at that moment but they did compensate with points
