Pros:

Fui para este hotel por indicação porque a outra reserva foi cancelada pela propriedade por problemas com água. Mas foi surpreendente a qualidade e a proximidade com o Allians. Muito conforto e atendimento muito bom. Só o precinho que achei meio salgado.

The hotel is neat and clean, but I was really disappointed. It is listed as a 4-star hotel on Booking.com, yet the room did not have basic amenities such as an electric kettle with cups, an iron, or even a tissue box. I expected these standard facilities from a hotel of this rating.

The room did not have basic amenities such as an electric kettle with cups, an iron, or even a tissue box. In addition, I called the reception to request hot water so I could make tea. They delivered only two cups of hot water and, to my surprise, asked me to sign for it and charged me for the hot water. This was very disappointing and not what I would expect from a hotel advertised as a 4-star property.
