Pros:

Excelente servicio, el personal fue muy amable (por más que no hablan español estuvieron para lo que necesite y me ayudaron en todo).

Las habitaciones muy lindas y cómodas, con todo lo que necesites. El desayuno increíble.

La ubicación está bien y depende mucho también para que fuiste. Está muy cerca del estadio Allianz Parque (así que es buen lugar si lo necesitas)

Lo recomiendo, volvería.

Cons:

Me hubiese gustado que la cama sea un poquito más blanda, pero solo ese detalle. Mínimo en realidad.

Pros:

Desayuno excelente, comida gluten free acorde a mi alergia al gluten. Personal muy cálido en el restaurant. Gimnasío razonable. Habitación cómoda, limpieza muy bien.

Cons:

Algo dificultoso llegar con auto por la vuelta que hay que dar y retomar en el puente.

A very comfortable and enjoyable stay, with an amazing bed, excellent breakfast, and great service.
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, very well designed, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We also loved the bathroom, especially the size of the shower and the perfect water temperature, as well as the thoughtful amenities like the moisturizer, shampoo, and shower cap. The breakfast was wonderful, with incredible variety, everything delicious and very well served, and the staff was kind and attentive throughout.

Cons:

Honestly, our experience was very good overall. The only small suggestion would be to include a toothbrush and toothpaste in the room, as that would be a nice extra touch for future guests. Other than that, everything met our expectations very well.
