If you want to be harassed & made to feel like a criminal - stay here!
Pros:

The property itself is really stunning and the rooms are equally as nice. That’s as far as my review can go as to what I “liked”! Since the dark cloud of bad service and intimidating staff clouds all good things.

Cons:

This hotel has the worst staff & service I have ever come across in all of my 44 years on earth and 30 years of traveling abroad. They reduced me to tears twice; they were aggressive, confrontational and relentless in their bad treatment of myself and a friend staying in another room. Twice I opened my door to find staff making me feel like a criminal in the hotel (imagine two burley looking men turning up at your door, and you have to answer in your towel because they rang the doorbell relentlessly and banged until I got out the shower to answer), I was upgraded, downgraded, changed rooms twice (all at their ask, not mine) I can’t quite convey here how bad it was as it now feels like a bad dream I want to forget - but suffice to say, next time I’m in Istanbul I won’t be going anywhere near this hotel. And it’s honestly left me with such a terrible experience of Hilton, I might avoid the group entirely.

Nice stays with great city view
Pros:

From time to time, I arrange a stay at this hotel for my wife so that she can take a break from her daily routine. She always appreciates the beautiful city views from the room, the excellent service, and the warm and friendly attitude of the hotel staff toward their guests.

I would also like to personally thank the hairdresser at the hotel salon. For the second year in a row, he has done a wonderful job styling my wife’s hair.

Our sincere thanks to Mr. Serdar K. and the entire team for their friendliness and professionalism. We will be very happy to return many more times.
