This hotel is terrifying. They have no compassion at all — they only care about money. Girls, please be careful of a man named Mohamed Al Masri. Despite having proof and recovered conversations showing his harassment toward me, they still did not think about firing or punishing him. It was treated as if women’s safety means nothing to them.
I am fully prepared to face them in front of the police if necessary. He would tell me things like “come out with me and my mother,” who apparently came from Egypt recently. He also talked about a former employee named Kenza, pretending women were obsessed with him, acting as if he is desirable when in reality he is manipulative and deceitful. Please be careful of him, because if something happens to you, this hotel will not care. They only care about money.
I stayed there for a whole month and never saw any appreciation, care, or respect for a loyal guest. I was honestly shocked by their behavior. The experience was horrifying. There were nights I genuinely did not know how to sleep because I felt unsafe and felt like nobody there would protect me or take my concerns seriously.
There is also another manager who has been working with them for about six months. He did not harass me personally, but anytime a problem happened, he would say: “I’m not here for your problems.” Imagine hearing that from a hotel manager. If you are not there to deal with guests’ problems, then why are you a manager at all?
Please be careful. One of the biggest regrets and worst experiences you could have is staying at this Hilton.
I stayed at the Hilton for a month, and it was honestly a nightmare. I experienced harassment from a reception manager named Mohamed Al Masri. I reported it to the management and even had proof of his inappropriate messages and verbal harassment, but they did not care at all.
I also asked for room cleaning, and when I returned, my makeup box was missing. I informed them, and they said they would send a team to inspect the room, but nobody came and nobody cared. Every time I complained about harassment or missing belongings, they simply told me to call the police, as if the hotel had no responsibility for the safety of its guests.
I am a 22-year-old woman, and I genuinely lived through terrifying days there. Every time I heard a door sound, I feared that someone from the staff would enter my room. I do not recommend staying there at all. They act kind and professional until the first real problem happens — then you see their true face and complete lack of concern.
I also had a hair treatment at the hotel salon, and my hair became badly damaged and started falling out. When I complained to Mohamed and another manager, instead of helping me, they coldly blamed me and told me to “go to the hospital.”
Please be careful. From my experience, they only care about money, not guest safety, comfort, or honesty.
