Pobyt był zadowalający.
Pros:

Jedzenie było dobre, hotel był czysty, fajni amimatorzy oraz wieczorne atrakcje. Hotel znajduję się w bliskiej odległości od trzech różnych plaż, co urozmaica pobyt.

Cons:

Pomimo iż mieliśmy wykupione częsciowe wyżywienie(śniadanie oraz kolacje) mogliśmy pić wyłącznie wodę do posiłków, która smakowała, jak prosto z basenu. Uważam, że powinno się móc korzystać w pełni ze stołówki w czasie wykupionego posiłku(żeby móc się chociaż napić herbaty czy kawy). Oraz zginęły nam z pokoju papierosy i przenośny głośnik. To, że hotel ponosi odpwiedzialność wyłącznie za rzeczy pozostawione w sejfie nie powinno ozmaczać, że przysługuje prawo do zabierania pzez obsługe cudzych rzeczy bezprawnie.

Безупречное соответствие между ценой и предоставленными услугами. Кровати лучше, чем в отелях высокого уровня. Прекрасный персонал и внимательное отношение( кроме работников гриля), к гостям. В лобби, нет уютных диванов и автомата с водой и кофе. Сауна на достойном уровне. Джакузи , не работает. Бассейн на улице огромный и с отличным входом! Рекомендую!

Cons:

Вымыть окна в номерах и освежить воздух в лобби. Поменять работника на опции «Гриль»

Nourriture pas appétissant du tout et pas bon même le fromage râpé était moisi.
Nous l'avons signalé la personne à tout de suite enlever le produit mais ça n'a rien changé tout les jours le même gruyère moisi c'est décevant

El personal de animación Y entretenimiento fueron fantásticos desde el primer momento. Pero en general el personal del hotel muy bien.
La variedad del buffet también genial.

Cons:

Las actividades al aire libre de noche ,hacia mucho frío x estas fechas y nos quedábamos x las niñas xo si no ,nos hubiera gustado que se hubieran trasladado a algún punto interior la animación nocturna, habilitar algún espacio para las noches que no son de verano ayudará que los huéspedes participasen más ,xq se iban al otro hotel cala gran x hacerlo en interior. También el minigolf estaba en muy mal estado ,la pelota se desviaba muchísimo por el nefasto cuidado de la base , césped artificial despegado,lleno de ramas y piedras ,tablón roto x dnd tenía q circular la pelota. Después la pista de voley NSE si es mi perfección xo la red estaba más alta de lo normal .

L’emplacement, la taille, les 3 piscines, le personnel adorables tous

Cons:

Chambre trop vétuste pour les clients qui réservent sur booking et pas par un opérateur, ce n’était pas celle de la photo. En studio, ne compter pas y manger. Pas assez de couvert suffisant pour 4 personnes, une bouilloire et une plaque. 2 casseroles enfin braf limite. La demi pension ok mais très répétitive cependant fidèle à la qualité des hotels espagnol, qualité normal des plats surgelés quoi. Hotel Cher pour une demi pension 5 jours en avril avec baignade limité: 1000€ . Sinon entretien parfait exterieur et tres propre partout.

Short walk to the beach. Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. The fact that we were able to use the bar at the other Gavimar hotel nearer the beach was a nice bonus.

Cons:

Dated. Looks like the whole place needs renovating. Loads of ants in my room. The food in the buffet was often cold and there was a long wait for certain dishes to be replenished. The pool area is nice and clean but lacking in atmosphere. Could do with some music and maybe another little bar nearer the pool.

You get what you pay for, great location but they need to sort the aircon out, ensure they give rooms as per the booking

Brilliant location and not too expensive, good sized pool over the road from the complex. You get what you pay for and there could be worse for the price

Cons:

Air con didn’t work in the rooms which was horrendous during the night, the room provided didn’t look like the pictures, was run down, outdated room where the blinds/curtains were clearly broken on arrival.

Pool bar staff found it very problematic serving half board customers who want to pay for a snack or drinks, which feels a tad awkward in public

The room was very noisy as it was on the front. The bed itself was rock hard, and the shower just made the whole bathroom wet as it had a ridiculous shower curtain.

The pool opening hours are very limiting 10-6

Great location , reasonable price for October half term , rooms massively need updating
Pros:

The place is clean and the location is brilliant.
For a cheap all inclusive in October the hotel price was very good .
The cleaning staff and reception staff are great and happy to accommodate requests, thanks to xisca and Christine especially.
With a few improvements on the rooms and better food options for the evening meal then it would improve the place massively as it’s prime location for everything.

Cons:

Evening meal was very basic and needs more options, rooms let the hotel down as we had to move as some are so outdated that they’d be classed as 1 star
