The room was very noisy as it was on the front. The bed itself was rock hard, and the shower just made the whole bathroom wet as it had a ridiculous shower curtain.

The pool opening hours are very limiting 10-6

You get what you pay for, great location but they need to sort the aircon out, ensure they give rooms as per the booking

Brilliant location and not too expensive, good sized pool over the road from the complex. You get what you pay for and there could be worse for the price

Cons:

Air con didn’t work in the rooms which was horrendous during the night, the room provided didn’t look like the pictures, was run down, outdated room where the blinds/curtains were clearly broken on arrival.

Pool bar staff found it very problematic serving half board customers who want to pay for a snack or drinks, which feels a tad awkward in public

Great location , reasonable price for October half term , rooms massively need updating
Pros:

The place is clean and the location is brilliant.
For a cheap all inclusive in October the hotel price was very good .
The cleaning staff and reception staff are great and happy to accommodate requests, thanks to xisca and Christine especially.
With a few improvements on the rooms and better food options for the evening meal then it would improve the place massively as it’s prime location for everything.

Cons:

Evening meal was very basic and needs more options, rooms let the hotel down as we had to move as some are so outdated that they’d be classed as 1 star

Für Urlaub mit Freunden wirklich optimal.
Pros:

Die Lage war optimal in Cala D’Or. Fußläufig konnte man drei buchten in unter 15 Minuten erreichen und wenn man 40 Minuten läuft, kommt man sogar noch zur Cala egos. In 3 Minuten ist man auch an der Bushaltestelle, mit der man dann zum Markt oder in die Hauptstadt fahren kann. Das Entertainment Programm war auch recht lustig hat sich zwar wöchentlich wiederholt aber das Personal besonders der deutsche Entertainer war sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt für alle Gäste so gut wie möglich zu machen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren teilweise etwas veraltet und vergilbt. Das Essen hat leider nicht so gut geschmeckt. In den Getränken war teilweise Chlorwasser drin. Die Cocktails waren aus dem Automaten und alle, die frisch zubereitet wurden, haben vier Euro gekostet, obwohl man all inclusive hat.

Чтобы было чисто, возможно необходимо оставлять в номере совок и веник. Мне не лень убрать мелкий сор, но было нечем.

Приезжаю в ваш отель второй раз, сейчас у нас были апартаменты и спальня, много места, есть кухня(ок), но нет вилок, ложек и тарелок.Есть чашки ,чайник и чайные ложки.расположение прекрасное,

Cons:

Убирали в апартаментах только полотенца и мусор из ведер, пол не мыли. Песок, пыль присутствовали.

Il personale era gentile, la struttura era grande e la posizione strategica, il personale del ristorante era professionale.

Cons:

Pulizia inesistente, complesso interamente da ristrutturare. Entrando nelle camere un odore di muffa e di 'chiuso' ti assale. Questo cattivo odore persiste nei giorni nonostante le finestre aperte tutto il tempo. La struttura del letto e le parti in ferro del bagno erano totalmente arrugginite, il lavandino scheggiato e macchiato. Le porte delle stanze erano sottilissime e dalle 6.30 del mattino si poteva sentire tutto ciò che accadeva nei corridoi (grida, risate, pianti di bambini) rendendoci il sonno impossibile. Il cibo al ristorante era davvero pessimo a parte qualche piatto. La qualità lasciava desiderare così come come l'intero arredamento del ristorante (a parte la terrazza). È una struttura vecchia con molto potenziale, ma totalmente da rifare. Infine, anche il costo non è stato così conveniente. Abbiamo pagato più di 100€/persona al giorno e trovo non ne valga assolutamente la pena. Peccato!
