Pros:

Great location

Cons:

I expected alot more for the price. It was nothing like the photos. Room was dated and needed maintenance (eg cracked tiles in the bathroom and plywood on the glass entrance door) I normally wouldn’t complain but the $300+ price for a night was excessive for this room.

Good location however needs a lot of maintenance to get it to a decent quality stay.

Needs maintenance- lots of issues such as sliding doors broken, shower broken, bedside lamps missing bolts, extensions cords under beds, no 24 hour reception.

Fantastic location for Tākina and Te Papa Museum.
Pros:

Excellent location for a conference at next door Tākina. The room was a really good size, and had a couch and armchair, so was fantastic to have a seating option alternative to the bed. Heatpump was excellent and the tv is good size and user friendly as well. Rooms had good sound proofing and the lock box instructions were very easy to understand.

Cons:

I requested a room service, and only received replacement towels, the bed wasn't remade. I needed towels because the shower door didn't have a seal at the bottom, so it leaked all over the floor. The towel I received was almost square and was still wet. There aren't too many drop off or parking options out front, which would have been very handy during the torrential weather event that was hitting Wellington CBD when I was checking in.

Pros:

Very good value for money and located next to the venue I was working in we'll stop I thought it was well appointed and comfortable about the only thing I would change would be a hook for my towel

Cons:

I did find the after hours entry a little tricky as I had not realized I had to move back to recognize by the camera. This could be an instruction added

My stay was comfortable and met most of my needs.
Pros:

Room was clean & tidy.
Very handy to the Conference venue I needed to go to.

Cons:

I couldn't get the lights to work in the main room (relied on the bedside lights & kitchen light). This made it a bit difficult to work at night on my laptop. (Maybe I missed where the switch was, but I couldn't find any other switch than the one I tried in the main room.)

Apenas utilizamos o hotel para pernoitar e pegar o ferry no dia seguinte. O quarto era grande.

Cons:

Tive que deixar meu carro na rua a noite, não havia informação suficiente sobre o estacionamento. O quarto tem um degrau que forma um tablado grande de madeira que fica rangendo quando você anda. O quarto e o banheiro eram bem velhos, é necessário uma reforma. Não há recepção, tudo é feito automatizado ou pelo app do booking mesmo.
