Pros:

The apartment was spacious, clean and tidy. centrally located. staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The system for entry is not intuitive, it was difficult to get into the property, I spoke with a security, who stated other customers experienced the same issues and i spoke to another customer, who experienced the same problem.
The Shower was not working properly, shower head was damaged or lacked pressure.

The perfect spot to stay for a theatre show
Pros:

Absolutely central and so close to where I needed to be. I was so surprised how easy it was to get around not knowing Wellington very well so this was the perfect location. The room was huge and so comfortable and loved that there was plenty of tea and milk provided as I tend to drink a lot of teas.

Cons:

I wasn't able to download the app to check in so kind of felt that would have been handy to have as I wasn't completely sure on how to check in.

Recommend if you want something inner city
Pros:

The room is nicer in person than it looks in the photos. Great location near the wharf, food options just a short walk away. Easy run to the airport by car.

Great after hour support. Make sure you register before you arrive to save some stress (as you don’t get the room codes automatically in the booking confirmation).

Cons:

The parking was not ideal. I missed out of the carpark for the room, tried to park in the carpark opposite but the app couldn’t find the parking lot. Two tickets later :/

Travelling without a car this place is a great option.

Superb Location!
Pros:

Location, Location location. Went to an event at Takina event center. Was happy to learn, they were next door. Close to CBD as well. Lots of restaurants, we went to the Dragonfly, very delicious food and cocktails.
My bed was so comfy I slept all night without a peep. Nice and quiet stay too. Absolutely recommend. And definitely coming back!

Mostly VERY good, just some maintenance issues
Pros:

Location was perfect, staff friendly & helpful. Room was very clean.

Cons:

Lift wasn't working on arrival and it took a while for a staff member to assist with my suitcase up 4 flights of stairs. However they were very pleasant. Lift was erratic all weekend, so even when it was working, I had no confidence in it.

One of the blinds on the french doors kept jamming so was down and I couldn't raise it.

Disappointing
Pros:

The room was lovely and location pretty good.

Cons:

The lift was out of order on my arrival on Thursday which meant I would have had to carry my 20kg suitcase up four large flights of stairs. Luckily a young man I know came down the stairs at that point and offered to take my bag for me.

They were all out of order on Friday until late afternoon when they were fixed.

Saturday they were out of order again, with the doors not opening on the ground floor and you had to go back up the the fourth floor to get out.

I was also having trouble getting out the front door when a man arrived who told me rudley that I was the only person experiencing this problem. My friend appeared at that time and confirmed he was also having problems with the lift again. It was working again in Saturday evening.

Also the lid on my toilet was broken, and electric socket in the kitchen wasn't working and possibly another in the bathroom or the hair dryer had a loose wire. Possibly the plug in the bathroom sink was also not working.

Pros:

Clean large room

Cons:

Lift did not work 2 days of 4 day stay ..after complaining refunded parking fee but the issue was walking up 4 flights of stairs
Towels were not replaced when left on floor on 2nd day
Bed was not made on 3rd day of stay or floor vacuumed

Pros:

Super locatiin near the waterfront, Tepapa, restaurants and very friendly staff. Some lovely welcoming touches like milk in the fridge on our arrival.

Cons:

Check in (out of hours, after 4pm) and check out arrangements not quite joined up in terms of email instructions for access not received and no lock box keyfob in the box. The room was a little draughty in the very windy conditions for the period of our stay.

The apartment was great - the organisers were not!
Pros:

The location was perfect for the work I was there for. The room was spacious, had everything you need and was clean and tidy.

Cons:

There was no reception and so getting into the place was not easy. Myself and other people who were trying to check in, didn't know how to and had to ring the manager for instructions. It turns out that numbers and codes were emailed last minute and not everybody has email on their phone. Also, there were no instructions in the apartment regarding how to use your key to enter the building once the door was locked.
