Good facilities but no views
Pros:

We stayed here for 3 nights and it had what we needed (including a washing machine and dryer which was great). It is an odd check in though as you dont actually speak with anyone to check in. You are given a lockbox code then you just let your self into the corridor and into your room. The balcony is good in theory but it is not covered and has really no views, it could also do with some general maintenance outside. The bathroom was in need of an overhaul, the toilet was really low to the ground, the sink was tiny and the shower was also really tiny. Apart from that it suited our needs and was close everything

Lage sehr gut
Pros:

Die Lage ist genial. Direkt neben die i-SITE und das Zephyr Café zum Frühstücken. Und das Te Papa ist auch nicht weit. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und haben eine kleine Küchenzeile.
Es gibt keine Rezeption vor Ort aber auf Emails wird zügig geantwortet.
Die Studios sind im 4 Stock.

Cons:

Das Haus und die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (außer einem Gym steht das Haus anscheinend leer).
Leider hat der Wäschetrockner nicht funktioniert.

Best location, 2 min walk to Te Papa.
Pros:

Superb location, right next door to the Takina Event Centre. Clean and tidy room, and a comfortable bed. Perfect spot for an easy and relaxing stay!

The apartment was spacious, clean and tidy. centrally located. staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The system for entry is not intuitive, it was difficult to get into the property, I spoke with a security, who stated other customers experienced the same issues and i spoke to another customer, who experienced the same problem.
The Shower was not working properly, shower head was damaged or lacked pressure.
