Não tem quase nunca ninguém no hotel, nem na recepção, desde que não precise que foi o nosso caso, tudo perfeito. Mas sentimos a falta.
Tivemos problemas com Aranhas, provavelmente entrou quando fizeram a limpeza, porque enquanto estávamos no quarto mantínhamos ele sempre fechado e com as vedações extras. por dois dias encontramos depois de chegar da praia aranhas e uma delas enorme no banheiro

Cons:

Petit déjeuner assez bon, mais vraiment pas assez varié.
Nous avons demandé si nous pouvions avoir un petit truc à emporter pour le matin d’une excursion car nous partions très tôt, la dame a refusé de nous donner quoi que ce soit, heureusement que nous avons croisé une deuxième personne qui a accepté de nous donner des céréales et des fruits dans une petite boîte (merci à elle).

On a eu l’impression que la piscine était à moitié laissée à l’abandon, il manquait énormément d’eau dedans, il n’y avait que deux transats à disposition pas en très bon état non plus…
Peut-être que nous sommes mal tombés

Les dames qui s’occupait du petit-déjeuner n’étaient pas très agréable.

Buon soggiorno ma migliorabile

Struttura con ottimo potenziale se fosse tenuta un po meglio, staff gentile, colazione poco varia ma buona

Cons:

Tutto molto trasandato e poco rinnovato. Poca cura al dettaglio ad esempio in piscina ci sono solo due lettini a disposizione per tutti gli ospiti e agli altri viene detto di usare solo il materassino. La posizione è comoda da raggiungere in macchina e c’è il parcheggio ma se si è a piedi è un po lontana dal centro e dalle attrazioni

Gran estancia, muy buenas instalaciones
Pros:

Las instalaciones están muy bien, gran lugar para descansar, la alberca está muy bien, instalaciones con buen mantenimiento. El desayuno tiene buen sabor.

Cons:

En algún momento hubo un olor feo cerca a la habitación, pero fue poco tiempo. Si estás pensando en caminar para ir a la playa este no es el sitio.

Tulum base to explore the surrounding region.
Pros:

Rooms are big, large terrace. You are pretty much free to do as you please. If you are with a car there is ample parking on the street outside. Location is both central and quiet. I met the manager on checkout and he was a really nice guy who got me a taxi at a short notice to take me to the bus station which isn’t far away.. it’s not always easy to find a taxi, which I needed because of luggage, at short notice for a short distance in Tulum. Beach towels are made available.

Cons:

This was a room for two people. One bedside light didn’t work and the light switch was visibly broken. It was never repaired during my stay here even though I informed the reception at the start . As I was on my own during this leg of my trip it wasn’t a problem but it would have been if my partner was with me.

The outside terrace was not very clean with somebody’s cigarette stubs in the ashtray when I checked in.

The purified water bottle was not refilled once during my stay here.

When it rains heavily, the room floods as the terrace door is always kept open on the mosquito net; at least that is where I think the water came from. So when it rained when I was out, I came back to find a partly flooded room. Furthermore, the rainwater drains from a hole in the outer walls directly onto the terrace floor and the outside floor just outside the entry door on the other side of the room, instead of over the parapet or through a proper drain pipe. This means that you hear a very loud noise of water hitting the concrete over and above the rain at night ; it’s a bit ridiculous, there is not a proper water drain.

I was sent a reminder to check out a day before actual checkout when I was some 80km away, so I didn’t quite appreciate that, and no, this is not a Booking.com practice.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, this is not one , it’s just pointing out some facts that can be fixed , and frankly I might consider staying here again , but I think I will look for better options at this price.

Eccezionale rapporto qualitá-prezzo. Struttura perfetta in una posizione molto comoda e silenziosa.
Pros:

Struttura molto bella e accogliente, staff gentile e posizione perfetta. Ottima colazione bordo piscina, inclusa nel prezzo. Stanza consegnata 2 ore in anticipo rispetto all’orario del check in.
