Хороший отель, отличный дружелюбный персонал.
Pros:

В плане проживания отель полностью оправдал ожидания. Персонал очень дружелюбный. Номер убирался регулярно. Очень хорошие завтраки. До всех основных достопримечательностей и старого города буквально 10-20 минут на такси за небольшие деньги. Можно дойти и пешком, но при такой стоимости такси, не совсем разумно тратить время, которого и так не хватает. Отель и персонал оставил приятные впечатления.

Cons:

По номеру единственное замечание, это душевая. После каждого принятия душа, вода разливается на половину ванной комнаты. Местоположение отеля не совсем удачное в плане кафе и перекусов. Кафе где можно поесть в округе практически нет и они в основном ориентированы на местных жителей. Поэтому чаще ужинали в старом городе. Или мы просто не смогли их найти.

Very expensive for what you get.
Pros:

Very good location (walking distance to the old town and the West Lake), very friendly staff but they could be more honest when checking in.

Cons:

Very dated thus it does not look very clean, especially bathrooms. Had two nights stay, booked very late with very short notice. At the beginning they gave me worse room (no view, two single beds) than what I had booked through the app (city view, double bed) without informing me during the check-in. I had to go back and complain about it. As a compensation, they promised to give me a better room (lake view, double bed) but only for the next day.

Cons:

Old property, maintenance issues. Washroom doors have no latch . Can not provide hot milk in breakfast. As Indian vegetarian wanna more Indian option

Pros:

Situé à 20 mn à pied du vieux quartier d’Hanoi. La chambre était propre et la literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner était moyen (attention n’arrivez pas 1 mn après le fin de service de petit déjeuner à 9h30 on refusera de vous faire une omelette ou une soupe). Les chambres de derrière ne donnent pas sur la rue et le bruit de la circulation n’est donc pas audible. ,

Cons:

La salle de bain mériterait quelques travaux de tuyauterie, MAIS SURTOUT, c’est avant tout un hôtel pour les groupes avec pour conséquences, moins d’attention personnalisée et des nuisances sonores par les clients dont certains vous empêchent de dormir. L’insonorisation de l’intérieur n’est par ailleurs pas au top. À éviter pour les voyageurs individuels
