気に入らなかったところは、仕方がないと思うが館内の表示が、ベトナム語以外は韓国語の表示しか無いところと、朝食ビュッフェの席が自由だったので、適当に二人席に座ってカバン置いて朝食を取りに行ってる隙に別のひと(多分韓国の人)が向かいに座って食べ始めてたところと、ランドリーの紙(洗濯物の数とか書く紙)が補充されず、毎回フロントにもらいに行くけど、毎回無くて複写の紙なのに一枚しかもらえなかったりするところ。

Pros:

Had an extremely early morning flight so I rented a room as a place to hangout, maybe freshen up before the flight. Property advertised 2 bars, one only sold a couple of items out of a vending machine, the second was closed most of the day, then when it did open, it charged for admission. Staff was openly hostile, I feel that it was because of my race. I was repeatedly asked to prove that I was staying there, and literally dozens of Asians walked through and not one was questioned. Hotel appearance was nice, bed felt like a rock.

Pros:

Stay Hotel was the worst hotel for my entire Vietnam trip. Breakfast was worthless, no variety at all. Fruits were old. The executive suite has no shower can you believe no shower. The rooms were smelly. The overall experience was a nightmare.

아담한 수영장에 나무랄 것 없는 조식이 마음에 들었다. 비교적 저렴한 비용으로 이러한 시설을 이용한다는 것이 좋았다. 다만 시내로 갈려면 이동해야하는 불편함이 있다.

Breakfast buffet is good, service is excellent, the pool needs to upgrade to my opinion because it is outdated.Hotel needs experienced masseurs,I didn’t have a good experience with it,so my wife ‘ve cancelled her appointment and she had a good massage somewhere else.

部屋のソファの下に腐ったゆで卵とペットボトルが挟まっていた。円をベトナムDONに変えた時のレートが低かった。それ以外はスタッフの笑顔も素敵で良いホテルでした。また利用したいです。

Stay Hotel is very nice and well located. The only down fall is the staff are not extremely fluent in English and being from the Caribbean with a thick accent it has been a bit or a challenge, however they are so friendly and patient trying to understand.

The one thing about this hotel which I didn’t see in the description is that they keep your passports at check in it is common in certain parts of Asia by law. It was a big shock for us but for the most part the passports seemed to be in good hands.

I would stay here again given the rooms and location.

Pros:

전체적으로 깔끔했습니다. 구석구석 자세히 보면 오래된 호텔이라는게 느껴지긴 했지만 관리는 대체적으로 잘 되어있습니다. 직원분들의 서비스도 매우 좋아서 편하게 물어보고 답할 수 있었습니다. 다만 메인거리와는 조금 떨어져있어 이동하는게 불편하긴 합니다. 대신 한강 뷰가 넓게 펼쳐져 있고, 멀리 바다도 보이는 뷰여서 한강과 바다 동시에 보이는 뷰가 좋았습니나.(참고로 고층, 한강뷰 선호로 예약했고 운이 좋게도 11층에서 지내게 되었습니다.) 아무튼 전체적인 서비스가 좋아 기분좋게 이용했습니다.

Pros:

When we arrived, the portiere ignored us, which is ok, but the check in went fast and quite smooth. Our roomed smelled awful from all the detergents and cleaning stuff, so we had to open a window for the rest of the afternoon/night. The hotel is a bit out dated and quite old but tries to keep up the 4-star standard, which they don't succeed with. Ok beds, ok tv and a bathtub for a change, but still, not that great well maintained during the years.
The view from our floor was still beautiful. The breakfast was the worst we had since we came to Vietnam and this was the first timeI had a regular sandwich and coffee for breakfast – only, since there was nothing else to eat – more or less. We came to the restaurant 20 minutes before they closed, but the kind of stared us out and took our plates as soon as we put our fork & knifes (or whatever) down on the plates, so we felt like they wanted to get us out of there asap. Not the best feeling…
It takes about 20 - 30 minutes to walk to Vincom plaza and the "first" bridge, which is a quite good walk along the river bank.

사성급 호텔의 서비스는 아닌듯합니다.
시스템 자체도 허술하고 직원의 친절도 또한 많이 떨어집니다. 체크인에도 많은 시간이 걸리고 체크아웃 또한 심지어 키를 드리니 한직원이 천천히 걸어가셔서 체크 한참 하시고 오셔서 체크아웃 해주십니다. 이런 호텔은 처음이듯합니다. 호텔방의 청결도도 조금 떨어지고 사성급의 서비스는 아닌듯합니다.
유일하게 근처에 맥주한잔 할수 있는 가게들이 있고 도보로 7분정도 거리에 마담란 식당이 있는 위치는 좋았습니다

Nice place to stay. Ms Giang of Sales was excellent in providing information to nearby shopping and food location and tourist information. The room was comfortable and clean. It not that far to the Han market and pubs. Grab can be easily accessible.

사용두 못한 나의 방~~
Pros:

숙박 하고 싶어 선정 했지만 비행기표 날짜에 착오가 생겨 두밤 돈만 내고 숙박도 못해본 숙소
아쉽다~~ㅠㅠ
환불이라도 되면 쫌 덜 아쉬웠을텐데~~ㅎㅎ
아무튼 한번은 다시 가보리라 생각 합니다.
