Thank you very much it was amazing in always. Just was confused thought it was a 4 bedroom house. Was shocked it was a 3 bedroom. So is the 5 bedroom one only a 4 bedroom one. Just for future reference thank you.
Nothing all good.
Very roomy living area. Well equipped kitchen though one powerpoint was not working (minor point).
You would need to drive to a restaurant so easier if you come with your own food.
Beautifully presented . Gorgeous views of the garden. Warm and cosy feel.

We were in a three bedroom cottage for one night, it was very comfortable and cosy.
On our arrival the cottage was set up beautifully with lamps and aircon on.
There were no cutting boards or platters.
Thankfully we didn’t need to use the gas heater. There is a warning about using the heater as you could be without hot water if the gas runs out
I absolutely adored this gorgeous cottage. I was in love with it as soon as we arrived. It was so beautifully decorated, I dont think it could have looked more perfect. It was exceptionally clean and very very spacious! It was my favourite place to stay on my Tasmanian trip and i have recomended it to my family who are planning a tasmanian trip also. It had everything we needed plus more. We saw a possum in the back yard at night which delighted my daughter and I. The gardens were so beautiful and i especially loved the apple tree and all the lavender such a country setting, making for a relaxing stay.I loved the place so much and wished I could just move in!
Absolutely perfect, I loved everything
The villa was very comfortable and pleasant to stay in. It was quiet and warm, and a good location. Kitchen facilities were adequate for our group and our food preparation. There was easy parking and access to the unit. Instructions on accessing were sent in good time and were easy to follow.
Spotless & spacious rooms, comfortable bedding, and functional, well-designed spaces. Great, well-maintained facilities that make the stay memorable. Highly recommended.

Beautifully renovated colonial building, quiet setting with garden outlook, well appointed, comfortable beds, generous size, clean, and reasonably priced.
Check-in time was stated as 5pm which might be late for some guests. However it suited us as we travelled from an evening event in Launceston and could check ourselves in. Moreover, our check out time was 11am, which was perfect for a lazy morning start.
Beautifully renovated and kept old charm. Friendly and proactive management and staff.
Comfortable with a cosy feel to the property.
Distance to Launceston. We weren't with a walking tour and we had to commute in and out, as the restaurant was not available to us. We also couldn't locate the laundry facilities.
It was very clean, spacious and comfy and had everything we needed. So welcoming to arrive to heaters and lights on. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Beautiful property. About 15 minutes drive from Cataract Gorge. There is a small supermarket within walking distance. Lovely and quiet and a great place to unwind.
There were plastic bottles in the cupboard under the sink which were from the previous guests that hadn't been removed to the recycling. There was a used face washer in the bathroom mirror cabinet. The oven had a lot of grease and was hard to work out how to use as the symbols had kind of worn off around the knobs. I think perhaps the cleaner before we arrived wasn't as on the ball as they possibly should have been. Other than that the property was lovely and I would stay again.
Beautiful cottage and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beautifully decorated and the beds were amazing! Bathrooms and kitchen were all beautiful and the garden and back verandah were just perfect. A home away from home (but a bit nicer!)
If I was going to be really picky, I'd suggest they had a few extra items for guests like kitchen paper towels (I always find them useful) and a few more kitchen basics (salt, pepper, etc)
