Pros:

部屋は我慢できる範囲ですが
消毒液のような臭いがありました。
エアコンの温度設定の調整がおかしく、寒いか暑いかでした。
部屋の広さは通常以上で良かったです。
フロントに日本語話せる方が居たのでよかったです。
立地的には駅も近いし徒歩圏内にロッテ百貨店や路面店や飲食店もあったので
それが1番良かった点です。

今回で3度目の利用でした。
金海空港から最寄駅までアクセスしやすく、南浦駅・中央駅どちらからも徒歩5分ほど、周囲にコンビニやカフェも色々あるので、何かと便利です。
ショッピングや食事ができるエリアもすぐそばにあります。
ホテルのフロントの方は、あまり愛想はありませんが、滞在中、特に支障はありません。お部屋の掃除をしてくださる方はいつも感じが良く、バスルームも部屋もキレイで気持ち良く過ごせます。次回の釜山訪問時にまた利用したいと思っています。

リピートしています。
フロントに常にスタッフさんが常駐してますし、安心感が違います。日本語もできるので不安もなし。親切丁寧な接客です。
お部屋も清掃が行き届いています。
私が泊まった部屋のエアコンですが、ついたり消えたりしていて、開くときにカタカタカタと音が大きいので少し気になりました。
それ以外は問題なしです。
寝具も清潔で、寝心地も良いです。

飯店地理位置很便利，離地鐵站很近。飯店房間寬敞，但看得出來年份，以價位跟床舒適度、乾淨程度而言性價比高，提供免費洗衣機、烘衣機、微波爐、轉接器等旅人需要的服務。很貼心的飯店。

・チェックイン時間前にもかかわらすチェックインができた。
・65インチのシアタールームではなかった。
・40,000ウォンのカジノチケット付きだったが、実際カジノへ行ってチケットを提示したところ30,000ウォンのクーポンになったのでスタッフに聞いたところカジノメンバーなので30,000ウォンになると言われた。新規メンバーのみ40,000ウォンになるみたいです。

部屋は普通に綺麗めで、シャワーの水圧も問題ありませんでした。
ただ、風呂トイレは一緒でトイレットペーパーは流せないようでした。
簡単な英語で問題なくやり取りしていただけて、チェックイン後の荷物預かりにも対応してもらえました。

Hotel was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early free of charge, as luckily our room was ready earlier than all the others.
The curtains still allow quite a bit of light into the room even when fully closed, important to know for people whos sleep is affected by lightness in the room.
It's a walkable hotel from underground stations and is located in a quiet area. They had one washing and drying machine which was very handy.
