Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, location, location, location, top spot by the cathedral, handy to the majority of Hanoi attractions.

Disappointed.
Pros:

Nothing. Just location.

Cons:

Water wasn’t running, AC didn’t work and they didn’t give us towels. They didn’t even apologize and offer discount. We had to go to another hotel.

Bon hôtel milieu de gamme très bien placé à Hanoï
Pros:

Le personnel est très agréable, souriant et accueillant, et ils parlent très bien anglais
La chambre est bien, pas extraordinaire mais bien. Ok ça ne brille pas mais je n’ai pas trouvé que c’était sale comme disent certains commentaires
La rue de l’hôtel est hyper mignonne et le lac est à 5 min à pied.

I enjoyed staying here and would stay again.
Pros:

Excellent staff, very helpful and kind and patient. Crazy furnishings that gave a great feel to the room. Location is excellent and walking distance to everything in old town.

Cons:

It was a bit weird that every item in the room was lusted with a value in case you broke something but at least it was clear and upfront.
