Bon hôtel milieu de gamme très bien placé à Hanoï
Pros:

Le personnel est très agréable, souriant et accueillant, et ils parlent très bien anglais
La chambre est bien, pas extraordinaire mais bien. Ok ça ne brille pas mais je n’ai pas trouvé que c’était sale comme disent certains commentaires
La rue de l’hôtel est hyper mignonne et le lac est à 5 min à pied.

I enjoyed staying here and would stay again.
Pros:

Excellent staff, very helpful and kind and patient. Crazy furnishings that gave a great feel to the room. Location is excellent and walking distance to everything in old town.

Cons:

It was a bit weird that every item in the room was lusted with a value in case you broke something but at least it was clear and upfront.

For location, Inner Hotel is an excellent choice. For comfortability, there are better hotels around
Pros:

brilliant location ... right in the heart of hanoi walking street and night market. Very central to the lake

Cons:

AC is old and not fully functional. I just needed below 23-25oC but the AC only operated at 27. Feel hot all the time. the sink is leaking as well. TV didnt work neither. They dont even have a spare socket to replace the one broken in my room. Standard Free amenities such as instant coffee even were not provided
