Q Hotel

My stay at the Q Hotel Beirut was nothing short of exceptional. While the hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable, what truly sets it apart is its people. The staff is amazing, and every single personnel there is an absolute gold.

A special mention must go to Ghinwa, the Front Desk Manager. She was the heart of my wonderful experience—extremely helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her professionalism and genuine warmth are a true credit to the hotel.

I cannot recommend the Q Hotel enough and will definitely be returning. A five-star experience thanks to its five-star team!

Everything is ok

hotel is fine, staff is very helpful. the rooms are not clean, I've found hair in bathroom. bed sheets looks deteriorated.
AC didn't work.

Wonderful staff and Hotel with a vintage look.

We had great luck to spent two nights in this amazing well-located hotel. The rooms are large, comfortable and well equipped. The team (particular mention should be made here Sara) is very helpful and friendly. One of the highlights was the daily breakfast buffet. We also fondly remember our trip to Batroun and Byblos (with the hotel driver Ibraim). We enjoyed our stay a lot!

The floor was so Dirty ,

One of the best boutique hotels I've ever stayed in. Staff greeted my wife and I with a welcoming smile, so is the decor of the lobby, breakfast is great and the room is very clean.
Whenever I come back to Lebanon I am going to stay here.
One small note: The bathroom ( Toilet ) could use an update, but I still give the hotel a five stars.

It was very comfortable

canceled my booking after i stayed there so i can not write a review on booking.com . It s a trashy stay. poor breakfast. ac not working. mold everywhere. gave us a baby bed without mattress, hair in the shower, one towel for 3 guests, etc.

Stay at Richmond Holiday Inn Riverport 3 nights for a youth sporting event. 3rd night ceiling flooded...not sprung a leak but buckets of water soaking me while using the washroom. Pouring out 5 minutes and drywall buckling. 4 calls to front desk and over an hour before anyone came to help. 2 hrs and past midnight to relocate our group into 2 rooms. No compensation offered only additional authorization in my cc. Incredibly exhausting and frustrating.

Q is very well located and you'll love the legacy atmosphere compared to standard international hotels

Very bad administration. The manager is a greedy person who does not welcome people and exploits people who do not know the country and steals their money by defrauding them by exchanging currency illegally and also extorting people by raising room wages every day before the renewal date in order to achieve illegal financial gain. While the assistant manager is a good, polite person who deals well with people. But I advise you not to come to this hotel at all.

I stayed for 4 nights in the junior suite.

Amazing service and staff. The room was always clean and the staff was helpful whenever I needed anything.

The location of the hotel is very convenient with everything you will ever need around it.

Our room was clean. We had big bed. In the bathroom we had cosmetic: shampoon, shower gel etc. Localization was good - near to the biggest street food, in the heart of city. Staff were nice and helpful.

We have had an excellent stay at Q-Hotel. The staff went above and beyond, very friendly and helpful. Good location in a central part and a very nice neighbourhood. And the room! It must be the most beautiful hotel room I have ever stayed in! Definitely recommended.

Glass pane on desk with sharp edges and cracked glass, sliced my finger open when unpacking my things. Staff was helpful but the fact their first aid kit was out of plasters or bandages of any kind (all it contained was an antiseptic liquid) leaves a lot to be desired.
Next morning we went down for breakfast to find a ridiculously poor choice of breakfast items. There was an assortment of fruit jams (but no fresh fruit whatsoever), halloumi or curd cheese, tomato, boiled egg, sliced bread - brown and white, both accompanied by an assortment of small fruit flies (I kid you not, they even had a blue light fly killer). There was a bain-marie with hot chick peas plus something I couldn't identify. Hot drinks were served by a member of staff and it was either filter coffee or tea but no milk of any kind available to whiten them. Maybe that's the reason there were no cereals available either. I have travelled a bit and had much better breakfasts for a fraction of the price they charge. Even the second worst ever breakfast I had still beat Q Hotel's offering. For a hotel classed as 4 stars which charges US$10 for breakfast that's totally unacceptable. So bad we didn't even bother going down for breakfast on our second and last day, we just checked out. I will not be staying here again.

Kudos to the friendly staff, specially Tawfik, who promptly ran to a nearby chemist to get bandages and showed genuine concern for my injury due to unsafe glass pane in our room.
