wir sind leider sehr enttäuscht von dem Hotel. Wir sind gestern Nacht um 4 Uhr erst Zimmer gewesen, jetzt wurden uns 2 Tage Parkplatz berechnet, obwohl es nur ein Tag war. Das Frühstück heute Morgen haben wir gar nicht in Anspruch genommen, da es uns und den Kindern nicht geschmeckt hat, die Karten haben wir zurück gegeben. Die Zimmer sind sehr alt und der Geruch ist komisch. Das Bad ist sehr klein und die Badewanne auch. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr klein, in der minibar ist nichts drin. Die Mitarbeiterin die für das Frühstück zuständig ist, hat gar keine Lust. Sie wollte uns die Fragen nicht richtig beantworten. Die Bar und das Restaurant fürs Abendessen waren gut.
Das war das fünfte Hotel in dem wir seid 2 Wochen sind und es war mit Abstand das enttäuschendste und schlechteste. Wir sind nächste Woche nochmal in San Francisco, da werden wir ein anderes buchen. Wir haben uns mehr erhofft.

It was ok but expensive
Pros:

It is a very nice, well-located hotel; the staff is very attentive. It also offers the convenience of having local transport right out front and being close to major tourist sites, and the sunset views from the street are beautiful.

Cons:

Honestly, if the place is really pet-friendly, they should have rooms without carpeting, since the carpet is old and dust mites are harmful to dogs (also for allergic people). You also have to keep in mind that there are zero grassy areas around, except for a park about three streets away—and it's uphill. On the other hand, the only option if you have car is valet parking at $75 per day; you can come and go, but honestly, it’s very expensive. The breakfast buffette is too basic for almost $80 USD, ther rest of the menu is ok.

Etwas modriger Geruchb in den Zimmern, Kreditkarte wurde beim Check-In mit $300,- als Sicherheit belastet, beim Checkout gab es allerdings keine Bestätigung über die Refundierung. Preis zu hoch für die gebotene Qualität, wahrscheinlich der WM und einem gleichzeitig stattfindenden AI Kongress geschuldet.
