Pros:

Bed is comfortable and the rooms are large so enough space to walk around and leave your suitcases. Rooms are also silent .

Frustrated about wifi, but overall comfortable.
Pros:

Room was very nice and comfortable.

Cons:

Wifi did not work at all. I tried connecting in 3 separete devices (phone, tablet, laptop) and was not able to in any device. Staff did not solve the issue.

Cons:

При бронюванні номера ми спеціально оплатили два сніданки, бо спішили в аеропорт, але коли вранці спустились в ресторан, нам повідомили, що в нас лише «американський сніданок», тобто яєчня з шинкою та тости, кава/чай. Все. Швецька лінія, яка нібито є в ресторані та зображена на фото - нам не доступна. Доплатіть, якщо хочете поїсти ще щось! Вважаю це неприпустимо

Very outdated hotel in a good location

Good location

Cons:

An old and clearly outdated hotel, with dark rooms and worn furnishings. The hallways have aged, dirty-looking carpeting. The beds show signs of damage to the upholstery, and the toilet flushing system is difficult to operate.

Comfortable hotel nearby all amenities in San Francisco.
Pros:

Hotel is very well located. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Pas une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre, ni café ni thé. Dans tous les autres hôtels, ils en offrent
Le petit déjeuner que nous avions pris en supplément, vous ne pouvez pas manger ce qui vous fait envie ( sinon supplément).
Le personnel très désagréable

Comfortable, clean room in nice location with great views across the city
Pros:

Room is clean, bed comfortable, location is in good neighborhood. They have a fitness center, and good free wifi without much signing-in hassle. Staff is friendly. The views from around the hotel up on Nob Hill is great.

Cons:

Room towards street can be noisy, but not too bad. Fitness center could have some more weights (50 lbs dumbbell is maximum) or machines

Great stay!
Pros:

Great location, one block from Chinatown. Beautiful hotel at the top of Nob Hill. Room was large, nice bathroom. Our room faced the courtyard. Mini fridge was helpful as well. We arrived a little early and they were able to check us in which was so nice.

Cons:

Everything was really nice, no complaints.

The location of the room was horrible and we booked the room far in advance and arrived at 5:30. The room was on the second floor right by the busiest intersection with the cable car right below the window. Horrible room
