Fabulous…would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Location. Amenities. Very friendly staff. Access to Cable Car line.

Cons:

We were located near the elevators and could hear them running during night hours and early morning.

Paid too much for the ssrvices received.
Pros:

Clean ... yes. Helpful front desk for newbies to SF, was nice.

Cons:

Bed - my back ached for days after we left the facility. To pay that amount of money and not have some sort of complimentary breakfast (even money for coffee), tells me that money means more than customers.

We were only here for a night but could have stayed much longer.
Pros:

Excellent location on Nob Hill and the view from the picture windows was specatacular.

A bit unfortunate how dirty the windows were but still gave 10/10. Great hotel, great location. Im sure keeping windows clean in SF weather is a costly challenge but that was the only thing that made us feel a bit unfortunate. Everything else was perfect

Brilliant location with fair ammenities, but not 4 stars!
Pros:

The room was spacious, with a nice view and central location. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Don't think this meet the 4 start expectation mainly due to the staff in the bar and the entry way. The desk staff were good though. I had just arrived from The Fairmont Empress in Victoria, BC. Now that really was a 4 star experience.
Below is a photograph of the soap inbuilt soap dish in the shower. Not my soap and not my bandaid.

Μου άρεσε η τοποθεσία αν και βρίσκεται στην κορυφή μιας μεγάλης ανηφόρας. Αλλά έτσι είναι όλοι οι δρόμοι της πόλης.
Μου άρεσε το χωλάκι έξω απο την τουαλετα που ειχε την ντουλάπα, την σιδερώστρα και το σιδερο και τον νιπτήρα. Είχε άνετα κρεβάτια και με τα διπλά στόρια, δημιουργούσε επαρκή συσκότιση για να κοιμηθείς.

Cons:

Δεν μου άρεσε η μοκέτα που δίνει αίσθηση βρωμιάς, το πρωινό, που ναι με ήταν νόστιμο, αλλά δεν είχε επιλογές.
