Pros:

Sijainti oli mielestäni hyvä. Rautatieasemalle lyhyt kävelymatka/helppo mennä julkisilla, samoin pääkävelykadulle ja vanhaan kaupunkiin. Huone oli tilava, kylpyhuone hyvä. Huoneessa oli vedenkeitin, teetä ja kahvia. Saatan ypöyä uudestaan seuraavalla Heidelbergin vierailulla. Aamupalaa emme testanneet, mutta ainakin luki mainoksessa, että vegaanistakin syötävää pitäisi löytyä.

Cons:

Viivyimme kaksi yötä, tässä välissä ei siivottu. Ilmeisesti siivouksen olisi kuitenkin voinut pyytää, tätä emme ymmärtäneet. Ikkuna oli jätetty auki. Ihmettelin pitkään kylmyyttä, ennen kuin huomasin asian.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, direkt vor dem Haus befinden sich eine Straßenbahn- und eine Bushaltestelle. Die Betten und die Bettwäsche sind sehr bequem, und da das Hotel mitten im Zentrum liegt, ist es sehr ruhig. Alle sind sehr freundlich, und dank Thiago haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt :)

Wir werden das Hotel nicht mehr buchen und können es nicht weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Leider nur die Lager war gut.

Cons:

Personal war nicht Kundenorientiert! Wir waren eine Gruppe von 5 Personen (3 Zimmer), ein Paar durften nicht am Frühstück teilnehmen, da sie es am Vorabend nicht dazu gebucht hatten. Eine Information beim Check In, vom Personal hatte nicht stattgefunden - absolut unangebracht und mehr als ärgerlich, da so ein gemeinsames Frühstück (trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage) nicht ermöglicht wurde.
Hätten wir (die Frühstücken konnten) gewusst wie schlecht das Frühstück war, hätten wir tatsächlich auch verzichtet.
Aufbackbrötchen, lieblos angerichtet…wir waren nicht die einzigsten Gäste heute Früh, welche mit dem Angebot unglücklich waren.
Preisleistung stimmt nicht! Die Zimmer sind abgenutzt und waren nicht sauber.

sehr gutes preis leistungs verhältnis,
sehr freundliches personal

Cons:

tropfende dusche, und leider keine möglichkeit dies zu reparieren, ließ sich aber gut kompensieren durch auf den boden legen des duschkopfes

Pros:

Frühstück sehr gut und ausreichend, mit frischem Obst, diversen Säften und Cerealien. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, direkt an einem Straßenbahnknotenpunkt.

Die Lage ist gut, man kann zu Fuß die Altstadt erreichen - einen schönen Spaziergang.
Das Zimmer war OK, ausreichend gross für 2 Personen.

Cons:

Duschkabine wirkte überholungsbedürftig,
Lage direkt an der Straße mit Straßenbahn macht schlafen bei offenen Fenster unmöglich.
