Für einen Wochenend-Trip voll und ganz in Ordnung
Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet mit reichlicher und guter Auswahl.
Innenstadt fußläufig gut erreichbar.
Freundliches Personal.
Bequemes Bett und Kissen.

Cons:

Zimmer nicht sehr geräumig, für ein Wochenende aber o.k.

Komfortabel in idealer Lage in der Weststadt
Pros:

Komfortable Ausstattung in für uns idealer Lage. Sehr angenehme Betten. Modernes Design und freundliches Servicepersonal. Alles, was wir brauchten, war da.

Cons:

Wir waren oberhalb der Einfahrten des Supermarkts, so dass wir an Werktagen den Lieferverkehr etwas störend empfanden. Weiter oben ist es bestimmt etwas leiser oder man versucht ein Zimmer zur Hauptstraße zu bekommen.

When I booked a room again, I made a mistake with the date—by one day. A minute later, I sent an email to the hotel, followed by two more, asking them to adjust the booking by one day. I didn’t receive a single response. Apparently, the hotel really needed my 72 euros.

Pros:

Das Personal am Empfang sehr schnell, höflich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Klimaanlage hat nur warme Luft erzeugt, auch nachts.
Heidelberg wirbt mit regionalen Produkten, davon ist auf dem Frühstücksbuffet nichts zu sehen.
Wurst und Käse aus dem Supermarkt, frisches Obst auch nur Äpfel und Bananen aus dem Discounter.
Bei der Vielzahl der Gäste war das Buffet des öfteren leergeräumt, das Personal sollte schneller reagieren.

Pros:

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, gute Lage mit einer guten Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel

Cons:

Das Haus bzw. die Zimmer und Bäder sind in die Jahre gekommen und müssen renoviert werden.
Besonders die Duschkabine hatte es nötig.

Staff, in particular Roao (appologies if spelling wrong) were bright and helpful. Excellent location
Pros:

My friend had to be movaed after the first night due to noise emanating from the airconditioning in the corridors. I n fairness the hotel staff were excellent and reacted straight away. My friend was relocated to another room which met our expectations.

Lack of a proper restaurant within the hotel

Cons:

Bett war sehr unbequem und durchgelegen. Wir waren schon öfter in dem Hotel und bisher immer zufrieden. Aber diesesmal haben Wir nicht gut geschlafen. Wir haben das an der Rezeption beim Check Out bemerkt aber das hat keinen interessiert.

Pros:

Die Lage zur Altstadt - fussläufig.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit.
Schon allein die Teppiche in den Fluren, waren sehr in die Jahre gekommen und machen eine dreckigen Eindruck.
Auch im Zimmer fehlte es an Sauberkeit. Auch da, besonders die Dusche, waren einfach nicht sauber.
Im Bad fehlte ein Vergrößerungsspiegel und Kosmetiktücher (eigentlich Standard in einem 3 Sterne Hotel)
Frühstücksbuffet, naja - ausbaufähig. Keine gute Auswahl! Ehr lieblos.

Pros:
