You can easily reach the hotel reception via the elevator.
From Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof, cross the Willy-Brandt-Platz and walk along the Kurfursten-Anlage. Keep following the road until you reach our hotel - it's only a 15-minute walk away from the train station.

Pros:

good breakfast, nice and comfortable bed, room was clean at checkin and silent at night

Cons:

the room wasn't cleaned for the entire diration of my stay, bathrobes were not changed, the bed was not made, no refill for tea, coffee... etc. I think this is not ok for a hotel service.

Very average.
Pros:

Location is perfect. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The room was quite small for two - not sure what was premium. Ventilation was doing noise that could not be turned off. Carpets had their best time probably a year ago. Breakfast for 17.99 was very disappointing.

Pros:

Super lokalizacja, bliskość centrum, przystanek tramwajowy i autobusowy przy hotelu. Duży sklep spożywczy w tym samym budynku, parking podziemny. Pokoje raczej małe , łazienka przyjemna . Wystrój ogólny ok.

Cons:

Okropna obsługa na recepcji po południu. Ludzie nie znający biegle niemieckiego , ciężko było się dogadać. Śniadania przeciętne. W łazience w toalecie spłuczka nie odbija, woda leci cały czas , trzeba pilnować i drugi raz lekko nacisnąć. Kabina prysznicowa niedomyta.

Die Zimmer waren sauber, es gab auch kleine Kissen (40x80), die gut bequem waren.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück war nur das Nötigste. Zu wenig Auswahl an der Obst/Gemüse/Käsetheke.

Basic, aber sauber und für 1-2 Nächte durchaus buchbar.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist im Grunde sehr basic, aber sauber und in sehr guter Lage mit Tram/Bus Haltestelle direkt vor dem Gebäude. Die Fenster kann man zwar nicht ganz öffnen, aber immerhin kippen.
Nebenan gibt es auch einen Supermarkt und um die Ecke ein sehr nettes Cafe, wenn man nicht im Hotel frühstücken möchte.

Cons:

Die Matratzen sind sicherlich nicht jedermans Sache. Ich fand sie zu weich und auch die Kissen sind nicht besonders hochwertig, auch wenn es im Schrank noch eine Alternative gab (ebenfalls nichts besonderes).
