Bequeme Betten, große Dusche, alles sehr sauber, Kaffee und Tee im Zimmer, Ausstattung des Zimmers.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück lief es zeitweise etwas chaotisch, es gab bspw. zu wenig Tassen und Gläser.

Pros:

Nettes Personal.

Cons:

Leider sind Zimmer teilweise etwas abgewohnt. Flecken auf dem Teppichboden und verkalkte Dusche. Frühstück ungesund und nicht mit viel frische. Leider viele fertig Produkte.

Very comfortable stay near the center of the city
Pros:

The breakfast was great a lot of selection and the breakfast room is very spacious. The area is quiet at night but still very near the tourist center of the city (10 min on foot) without being so expensive like hotels directly in the tourist center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the luggage storage room where we could leave our things for some hours after check-out.

Im Großen und Ganzen weiß ich nicht, ob hier einfach mehrere unglückliche Faktoren zusammengekommen sind, die eigentlich

Ich kam angeblich zur Prüfungsvorbereitung an. Wie sich herausstellte, wurde das Hotel renoviert, was nicht angekündigt worden war und wohl erst bekannt gegeben wurde, nachdem sich schon Leute beschwert hatten. Angeblich sollen die Renovierungsarbeiten von 9 bis 16 Uhr dauern, was ziemlich merkwürdig ist, vor allem, wenn man um 8 Uhr aufwacht und um 8:30 Uhr das Hämmern und Bohren losgeht. Ist das denn nicht normal? Und wenn die Leute schlafen wollen, könnte man das doch wenigstens respektieren? Oder sollte man sie vorher informieren? Man kann nicht alles verdienen, aber ich bezweifle, dass die Hotelleitung das versteht.
2) Zweitens kostet das Frühstück 17,90 Euro. Darf ich fragen, wie viel das kostet? Kalte Würstchen, Bohnen in Tomatensoße, Rührei, unreife Tomaten, kaltes Brot, Croissants und Brötchen, ungenießbarer Kaffee. Wir waren schon einmal in München in derselben Hotelkette, und dort gab es ein tolles Frühstück: Pfannkuchen, leckeren Kaffee, und alles war schön warm. Deshalb hatte ich dieses Hotel gewählt, aber es stellte sich heraus, dass ich mich geirrt habe.
3) Drittens: das Personal an der Rezeption.

Als ich am nächsten Tag nach dem Check-in zur Rezeption kam, um das Frühstück zu bezahlen und anschließend frühstücken zu gehen, hatte ich mir das Frühstück vorher nicht einmal angesehen. Da es sich um eine Hotelkette handelt, war ich davon überzeugt, dass das Frühstück entsprechend gut sein würde. Umso größer war meine Enttäuschung: Für 18 € hätte ich außerhalb problemlos ein sehr gutes Frühstück mit einer Tasse Kaffee und schöner Präsentation bekommen – statt für etwas zu bezahlen, das diesem Preis meiner Meinung nach nicht entspricht.

Die Mitarbeiterin fragte mich nach meiner Zimmernummer und wollte das Frühstück gerade buchen. Plötzlich bemerkte sie jedoch einen Mann, der in Richtung Frühstücksraum ging. Aus Sicherheitsgründen ließ sie mich einfach stehen und ging zu ihm, um zu fragen, aus welchem Zimmer er kommt.
