Nothing really

Near train lines where diesel locomotives run past all night.
Rooms where filthy, had to change rooms due to the first room containing mould, also smelled fusty, dishes dirty in cupboards. 2nd room barely better. Not even a full roll of toilet paper. Beds pushed springs in your back all night, pillows the worst I've experienced, I slept on a rolled up jumper as it was more comfortable. Couch smelled of urine. Dishwasher rusty inside and hardly worked, had to wash dishes after they came out. Limited cooking pans and utensils making meal preparation very difficult. List goes on and on. Not worth the money, not even close.
Oh yeah and rubbish left in rooms from previous guests, both rooms we had even after being moved, not to mention the foul mouldy towels left in the washing machine.

It was dirty. There was hair in the shower. The spare blanket had obviously been used & was just bunched up on top of a low cupboard. The top of the cupboard was covered in dust. The mattress was so worn that I fell out of bed because I got too close to the edge. One of the coffee cups had not been washed. The kettle was still full of water. The bin in the bathroom was badly in need of cleaning. There were food marks on the dining table. The coffee table was dirty All I wanted to do was get out the spray & wipe & clean.
The reception area was unattended as the staff was outside talking to her friends.

Dishwasher in room was very rusty and did not work properly. We put it through two cycles; we had to hand wash the dishes again. Key button for roller door did not always work. Microwave took a few goes to get working?

They asked for a holding deposit after I had paid through Booking.com It felt like it could have been a scam, but they wouldn’t release the key without it.

Clean the room better make sure the lights are not flickering and make sure all the aircons are working

No spare blankets

The room needs an upgrade with styling & maintenance. The couch was very uncomfortable no cushions made it very unpleasant to watch tv. TV was small and old and the volume was echoing. All the furniture was old. Remotes for aircon & tv were old and hard to turn on & off. Dishwasher was not working, sink was blocked up. No communication about the gym being closed.

Place needed a good clean, a lot of dated fixtures, seems To be a lack of care on the appearance side in thr rooms. Many marked walls and or dents and scratches.

To be advised at a later date. Various bookings and rooms have been used so I will need to review personal records to provide feedback on individual rooms.
