Pros:

The hotel is really pretty, as well as the environment is so quiet and comfortable, ideal for staycation. Only one block away from the busy area makes it easy if you want to explore something new. the breakfast is clean and good, full of options including fresh fruits. staff are extremely helpful and professional. They are very nice to my dog, thank you.

Cons:

the pillow, bed sheet and blankets are not very comfortable, as theres no air conditioner but the fan is pretty loud, we had been in the situation either too hot or too cold at night. The pet kit is a bit too low quality also kkk, but we brought our own accessories, so didnt affect much.

Ótima localização e atendimento
Pros:

A localização do hotel é ótima! O café da manhã é muito bom, com várias opções vegetais. O salão de jogos e a piscina aquecidas são ótimas opções para os dias de chuva.

Cons:

Tive problema com o abastecimento de água no quarto, que foi rapidamente resolvido. Inclusive fomos agraciados com uma cesta de frutas e uma carta personalizada em sinal de desculpas.
