Cons:

La cama no era muy cómoda, al estar entre las paredes no hay espacio libre, no hay enchufes ni mesa de luz para carga de celular y lectura, nuestro baño olía a desagüe, creo que era un problema de ventilación. Y las colchas grandes solo sobre la sábana no son cómodas, y parecían un poco sucias, posiblemente sería mejor unos edredones, se escucha toda la gente que habla o pasa en el pasillo, no se duerme muy bien por el sonido.

Minha estadia no Holiday em Foz do Iguaçu foi uma experiência decepcionante que me fez questionar a nota "muito bom" do Booking, já que as fotos estratégicas não condizem com a realidade. Embora a limpeza seja aceitável, o café da manhã seja satisfatório e a equipe tenha sido muito solicita, a estrutura do quarto deixa muito a desejar: o espaço é ridiculamente pequeno, sem lugar para malas, com degraus perigosos para o banheiro e instalações precárias, incluindo infiltrações, ar-condicionado precisando de higienização e um chuveiro elétrico comum. Além disso, a falta de cuidado foi evidente ao juntarem duas camas de solteiro para formar uma de casal, sem qualquer zelo, em um ambiente sem tomadas ou luz de cabeceira. No fim das contas, é o que chamo de "um bom hotel ruim" — pode até ter um custo-benefício razoável para alguns, mas para mim não funcionou e eu certamente não voltaria.

A limpeza é boa, o café da manhã é bom e, principalmente, o atendimento solícito dos funcionários.
