A localização é ótima!
Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos.
A limpeza boa, mas pode ser melhor.

Cons:

Acomodação bem básica, cama pequena, chuveiro ruim, fraco e sem direcionamento, controle da TV estragado, colado com durex, caindo pilha. Uma diária ali nao poderia passar de 200 reais. Não tivemos café da manhã por causa da reforma.
Sistema de fechamento da porta com chave, antigo e inseguro. Nas fotos o apto parece maior.
Assento do banheiro de almofada, bem anti higiênico, quando é limpo, espirra a água porque absorve.

Gostei da limpeza do ambiente em geral e da cordialidade dos funcionários.

Cons:

Embora dê para ir andando para alguns pontos, tipo Terminal de Transporte Urbano e Shopping JL, o hotel fica um pouco afastado. O restaurante estava em obras, então não tinha opção de fazer o café da manhã no hotel.

O lugar é agradável e a localização permite que esteja perto do principal que a cidade tem a oferecer. Não fui, mas a área externa pareceu ser boa também

Houve um pequeno incidente durante minha estadia que envolveu outros hóspedes que tornou tudo um pouco desagradável. Além disso, o local parece estar em expansão, então ainda aparenta estar "incompleto"

É um bom custo-benefício, quando o valor da diária for em conta.

É um bom hotel. As imagens dão a entender que é um hotel maior, um quarto maior, mais estratuturado, inclusive pelo valor pago, mas é só razoável. Foi suficiente para nossas necessidades.

Cons:

O quarto era relativamente grande, mas a cama não era muito confortável. O café da manhã era bem fraco. Os sucos eram de caixinhas, poucas frutas e somente oportunidade de fazer saduíche/torrada ou comer bolos. A piscina não utilizamos, mas parecia boa. O estacionamento não era suficiente para todos os hospedes, dependendo do horário que fosse tentar acessar, o veículo teria que ficar na via pública.
