Breakfast was very rich and served in a nice cozy dining room with china-like cups and tea cups. Hotel facilities were very nice, especially the wellness spa - which also has an IR-sauna. The staff was kind and helpful and attended positively our requests. The hotel is a 5 min walk from the town center.
The hotel has no A/C in the rooms and the weather in Europe hit recently heat extremes. I would expect maybe a fan in the room.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful, the staff were so friendly and helpful and it was in a perfect location. We would 100% stay here again
As the rooms don’t have air conditioning a fan to allow some airflow would be great in warmer seasons :)

1. Очень громко с 6 утра, сотрудники отеля ездят с тележками, громко от проезжающих машин. А закрыть окна невозможно, потому что в номере нет ни кондиционера, ни вентилятора. Выспаться тяжело
2. Матрас и подушки ужасного качества, их давно нужно поменять.
3. Дизайн номера очень странный, такое чувство, что там смещали все, что было из мебели и предметов интерьера.
4. В батареях постоянно бурлит вода, хотя мы были летом. Это отвлекает ночью и не дает выспаться.
5. Одним вечером вода была холодной и мы не смогли принять душ.
6. Увидели куда складывают банные полотенца, просто в какой-то грязный мешок, это ужасно.
7. Были в баре, к нам ни разу не подошел официант и не спросил, что мы еще хотим.

We loved Selva, and loved the hotel room. We were upgraded to a room with balcony with fabulous view, and enjoyed every minute of it. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. The staff is very helpful and welcoming.

Beautiful location in Selva Val Gardena with stunning mountain views, modern and spotless accommodations, comfortable beds, and friendly, welcoming hosts. The peaceful atmosphere and convenient access to hiking trails made it an excellent base for exploring the Dolomites.
Very little to dislike. Parking can be somewhat limited during busy periods, and the Wi-Fi could occasionally be stronger.
Localização, quarto com varanda, banheiro de bom tamanho, tudo moderno e funcionando otimamente. Sauna disponível, bom atendimento da recepção e demais funcionários. Excelente café da manhã.
