Holiday Inn Express & Suites St Louis Airport by IHG

I had a great experience at the Holiday Inn Express near the St. Louis airport, and I especially want to recognize Avi at the front desk. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and made the whole experience easy and welcoming.

Great customer service can really make a difference when traveling, and Avi definitely delivered. He’s a great representative of the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Elizabeth was very hospitable and the breakfast she made was great. Tito was a great front office manager. Sai and Kay were both good front desk agents. Avi was great too.

Great facility and staff. Room was good. Location was perfect. Breakfast is available early to accommodate flyers, but continental y breakfast is availabe way early.

Sai, Avi and Dee took great care of me as I arrived, attempted and successfully found dinner for the evening. A great stay overnight, quiet -uninterrupted and rather quick as I had to hop on the shuttle (that's Dee's job,) to catch an early flight. Thanks guys and gals!

I wanted to give this review in honor of recognizing 5 amazing workers at your lovely and amazing facility, one of whom I am familiar with as she is always a breath of fresh air everytime I come in. Kay, Avi and Maggie were so friendly and amazing from the check in experience with Avi, who I feel like is a true and personal friend to anyone he encounters, to when I checked out and encountered Kay and Maggie, two bubbly and enthusiastic young women who I must say have beautiful smiles and energy and Kay is someone I have seen a time or two and her energy is always warm and she remembers me each time so it helps me to feel even more welcome and makes me want to always come back! Also, Elizabeth, let me tell you last i was here i believe it was 2 men running breakfast but the breakfast is way better with Miss Elizabeth running the show, another beautiful lady with beautiful energy and a great smile, best breakfast ever now better than any Holiday inn I have ever stayed at. Also Dee the shuttle driver really made me feel important and he is very personable. To management: and i took a card also to see who the manager was and kudos to you Rose for a fabulous establishment with some phenomenal top notch rooms that are super clean and staff that is the very definition of what hospitality means to me that make you feel at home even when you are on a work trip and missing home, that means the world to me to feel at home away from home! I will be back!

The suite was clean, spacious, and well stocked. And the breakfast was great as well. There was a nice variety of food to choose from and my family was quite satisfied.

Location was good…. Close to the airport. The shuttle service was excellent. The drivers were very friendly and personable. The availability was good.

Kay and Lewis at the desk were amazing so friendly, helpful and personable and same with shuttle driver Dee! Also, the rooms were so clean so I asked for the housekeeping managers name, great job Julie!

Great experience once again at this hotel. They were helpful with scheduling a shuttle pick up and depart from the airport. The rooms and hotel were clean. I have stayed here several times while traveling. It's always a great experience. Sai and Avi were very pleasant and helpful during my stay.

Avi was so helpful and accommodating when we checked in late due to a delayed flight. Fantastic customer service!

Avi called me at the airport when I landed to tell me that he was sending th shuttle. We didn’t land until 10:30! He was so hospitable during check in. We were obviously tired and there were four of us. He checked us in very efficiently and asked us to help ourselves some complementary bottled water! Thanks Avi!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Not the best area, but the hotel felt very safe and was conveniently located right next to the airport!

Great location near airport and rental car return. Avi at front desk was very friendly as well as Bob the Driver very helpful with our bags and Sai was helping with making sure we had good food to eat before our long journey

Very nice staff entire stay. Avi at front desk very helpful and respectful. Room clean and well maintained. Room facing airport so just a little noise from airplanes but I use noise machine so no problem. You have to request a coffee maker for your room as they are not automatically stocked. Breakfast buffet excellent with something for everyone.
