in winter more towels / bathrobes would make the overall experience nicer. (it's a bit bad to wear something half-wet in winter time)

rinfreschi dentro l'area relax graditi e sempre più o meno riforniti

Cons:

non abbiamo trovato postazioni dove poter stendersi il primo giorno (non siamo andati in alta stagione)
non abbiamo trovato disponibilità di armadietti per il cambio (abbiamo dovuto lasciare gli zaini in reception)

Camera spaziosa e pulita. Colazione adeguata e ben assortita anche con opzioni vegane. Ampio centro benessere, purtroppo aperto anche agli esterni.

Personale non all'altezza della struttura. Centro benessere, aperto anche agli esterni, affidato ad un unico addetto impossibilitato a mantenere un minimo di pulizia e di ripristino della zona ristoro sempre sguarnita, anche della sola acqua.
Saune già spente 15 minuti prima della chiusura.
Ristorante interno con servizio frettoloso ed approssimativo; le pietanze gradevoli e di qualità, ma scarse.

Magnifico soggiorno in un albergo dotato di tutti i Comfort in mezzo al verde in una splendida loc

Struttura molto comfortevole, ottima colazione, posizione magnifica in mezzo al verde e comunque vicino al paese, ampio parcheggio, camera grande dotata di tutti i comfort. Bellissima area wellness, magnifiche le piscine e i servizi offerti

Acqua fredda. Non tornerei nella stagione invernale per fruire delle terme perché la temperatura dell'acqua è davvero troppo fredda in inverno. È un peccato perché la Spa è meravigliosa

Pros:

La struttura è pulitissima, servizio impeccabile, cortesia di tutto il personale ad ogni livello, Spa eccezionale, camere di livello e colazione ottima e abbondante. L’hotel è a distanza pedonale dal paese ove si trovano supermercati e negozi per acquisti di prima necessità (ma non avrete bisogno di nulla ☺️)

La stanza era adatta a disabili e non era specificato su Booking (ci hanno riferito che era l’unica disponibile), il sapone del bidet non era nuovo ma già aperto, la televisione era difronte al letto singolo e non al matrimoniale, non vi era una macchina del caffè in stanza, ristorante non di mio gusto.
