Schönes Hotel. Freundliches Personal. Lüftung kaputt. Zimmer laut. Aussicht Baustelle. Straße Lärm. Frühstücken okay.
Pros:

Grundsätzlich war es wirklich gut.Die Aussicht top. Betten bequem. Bad groß. Es war immer sauber. Alle freundlich. Frühstücken im gegenüberliegenden kleinen Restaurant war auch okay.

Cons:

Ich konnte drei Tage lang nicht schlafen weil die Lüftung extrem laute und Geräusche gemacht hat. Trotz reklamieren wurde nichts gemacht. Die Polster waren zu hoch und ungemütlich. Ausserdem war unsere Aussicht durch eine Baustelle beeinträchtigt und der Lärm war auch nicht angenehm.

This stay was a disappointment from start to finish. Over two nights I was placed in three different rooms, which was disruptive and stressful. The first room had an unpleasant odor strong enough to be unlivable. The air conditioning was not working throughout the stay, making it very uncomfortable.
The first night was practically sleepless. Instead of promptly moving us to a new room, the staff spent a long time trying to fix the AC, hesitating to make the decision to change the room — by the time we were finally moved, most of the night was already gone. And the disruption didn’t stop there — the very next morning we were forced to move again to a third room, making it impossible to ever settle in or rest properly during the entire stay.
The overall cleanliness of the property left a lot to be desired. Most frustratingly, the property is advertised as 4 stars on Booking.com, but this is simply false. On the door of every room there is an official certificate issued by the public authority that clearly states the hotel is rated 3 stars. This is not an opinion — it is a legal document visible to any guest. Future guests deserve an accurate listing, and Booking.com should verify this.
I would not recommend this hotel.

浴槽が広かったのはとても良かったです。

Cons:

ナポリ湾が見えるお部屋かなと思ったら違うお部屋でした。予約の際にきちんと確かめるべきでした。
