È la seconda volta che ci vengo, la struttura è bella e lo staff è a dir poco perfetto.

Cons:

La vasca idromassaggio aveva sporca, con peli e non so cosa all'interno, non è una cosa che ti aspetti di trovare in camera dopo ave pagato un bel po', perché lo sporco veniva dai tubi della vasca appena azzionata.

When we arrived, we were accompanied by a black man, very polite and eager to help us. The rooms were on the street, although we had sent a request a few days ago to have rooms with a sea view. We spoke to the gentleman at the reception and he said that they were not available, but he gave us the same type of rooms with a view of another street for which he asked us for 100 euros, without issuing us proof of payment. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel is very good, it was cleaned every day, but there is a strong, heavy, nasty smell in the rooms. The hotel is well located. Next time we will definitely choose another hotel.

Da non ripetere
Pros:

Abbiamo prenotato una camera per un fine settimana presso il relais ma siamo stati accompagnati in una sorta di palazzo /condominio adibito ad hotel nella stessa strada . Le scale per accedere alla camera erano così impolverate che restavano le impronte delle scarpe. La camera era a una temperatura da cottura. Nel complesso la camera non era male nonostante avesse le finestre su una zona interna molto sporca. L’indomani la camera non è stata rifatta e al nostro rientro alle 17 abbiamo dovuto chiamare per farla pulire e sistemare.

La camera non era nella struttura prenotata. La sporcizia. Il servizio pessimo

I liked the location of the hotel

Cons:

The sea view was ruined by construction. The advertised parking was far away and paid, which wasn't mentioned. The staff had offered us breakfast, which they took away the next morning because we showed up at 10:01, one minute late, when the time had changed the night before. Very disappointed!!!!

Vederea spre golf este fantastica,locatia este foarte buna pentru a ajunge in multe puncte de atractie turistica destul de repede

The traffic kept me up all night. The jacuzzi was broken with water stuck in it. I managed 1 night and paid £600 to move hotels because no one, including booking.com wanted to help.

Esperienza orribile
Pros:

Il personale gentilissimo e accogliente

Cons:

Struttura pubblicizzata benissimo ma nulla a che vedere con la realtà , qualcosa di orribile , camera sporca, rumorosa , chiesti letti separati ma nulla letto matrimoniale , areatori esterni rumorosissimi e alle 7 del mattino non si sa per quale motivo la donna addetta alle camere con la sua scheda fa partire un bip fastidiosissimo che ci costringe ad alzarci per poi disattivarlo dopo mezz'ora avendole detto che stavamo dormendo , frigo bar non funzionante esperienza veramente orribile l'unica cosa buona la posizione comoda per la giornata organizzata.
