Bon séjour
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, très bien agencée avec vue sur mer.
Tout est pensé pour le confort du voyageur (bouilloire, thé, tong, shampoing, après-shampoing, gel douche, kit de beauté, mini bar).
Le personnel est très chaleureux et disponible. L'hôtel est très propre.
Enfin, l'hôtel est très bien situé dans un quartier sécurisés, proche du bus et de nombreux restaurants.

Cons:

Les points à améliorer : l'insonorisation et certains équipements (sèche-cheveux, chauffage).
La literie est confortable et de bonne qualité, mais le matelas est très moelleux.

Soggiorno purtroppo sotto le aspettative per un hotel a 4 stelle.
Cons:

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo scelto questa struttura anche per la presenza della vasca idromassaggio in camera, con l’idea di regalarci una serata romantica a Napoli. Dopo esserci sistemati in stanza, vista la città, decidiamo di andare a mangiare una pizza poco distante dall’hotel. Prima di uscire, scendo apposta in reception circa 5 minuti prima della mia compagna chiedendo, con gentilezza, se al nostro rientro fosse possibile trovare la vasca idromassaggio già piena e una bottiglia di prosecco in camera, proprio per creare un momento speciale e romantico insieme. Purtroppo, al ritorno dalla pizzeria, non troviamo né la vasca pronta né la bottiglia di prosecco. Solo dopo circa 10 minuti sentiamo bussare alla porta e ci viene finalmente consegnata la bottiglia. Mi aspettavo decisamente di più da un hotel a 4 stelle, soprattutto considerando che la richiesta era stata fatta con anticipo e in modo molto chiaro. Piccoli dettagli come questi fanno la differenza, soprattutto quando si parla di esperienze romantiche che dovrebbero essere curate nei minimi particolari.
Peccato, perché l’idea e il potenziale c’erano, ma l’organizzazione e l’attenzione al cliente hanno lasciato a desiderare.

L’emplacement est bien près de tout et du port pour aller a capri vaut mieux prendre un taxi à 7 € et le bateau 50€ aller retour parce que si vous faites l’activité avec l’hôtel il vous rembourse pas et vous partez pas avec un autre groupe ☹️

Au restaurant si vous venez après 10h pour le petit déjeuner la gerante elle crie il faut respecter les clients et les touristes n’apporte ou au monde comme mm 🫩😔☹️
