Já havia me hospedado neste hotel há cerca de 10 anos e a experiência foi tão positiva que, ao voltar para Balneário Camboriú, escolhi me hospedar aqui novamente. Fiquei muito feliz em perceber que a qualidade do atendimento continua a mesma. Os funcionários são extremamente prestativos, educados e fazem de tudo para que os hóspedes tenham a melhor estadia possível.
Viajamos com nosso filho adolescente e nossa filha de 3 anos, e o hotel atendeu muito bem toda a família. O espaço kids foi excelente para as crianças, enquanto os mais velhos puderam aproveitar a mesa de sinuca e assistir aos jogos de futebol na TV. A piscina aquecida também foi um grande diferencial. O ambiente é muito familiar, acolhedor e agradável.

Cons:

Durante um dos horários de maior movimento no café da manhã, houve um congestionamento de hóspedes e alguns itens acabaram faltando momentaneamente. No entanto, a equipe se esforçou para repor tudo o mais rápido possível, e isso não comprometeu nossa experiência. Foi apenas um detalhe diante de tantos pontos positivos.
