According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The hotel's location is beautiful, but the rooms and furnishings are very old. Even in the sea-view room, you have to stick your head out the window to see the sea.

Hotel muitissimo bom, limpeza excelente, funcionários muito atenciosos e gentis, cafe da manha uma delícia, quarto muito confortável. Bem próximo a praia.
Localizado proximo a bares que ficam com gritaria, bagunça e música alta ate muito muito tarde. Nao da para descansar. Se o intuito é dormir nao tem como.

Location was great staff very friendly, English was a challenge.
The rooms very basic, but the restaurant was a total disaster! Not good at all.
Muy buena ubicación, el personal fué bastante atento, el horario amplio para utilizar los servicios.
La limpieza al ocupar la habitación no fué la mejor pero hubo rápida respuesta del personal, el desayuno no es el mas completo, podría mejorar, también extender algo mas el horario.
Un solo ascensor provoca muchas esperas.
