Foi uma estadia tranquila e confortável.
Pros:

Muito bom. Gostei desde a recepção no estacionamento, como também a recepção no check in, a permissão de entrada no quarto antes do horário estabelecido. Gostei da limpeza e arrumação do quarto, os atendimentos pessoais nos elevadores, bar da piscina e restaurante, fornecimento de toalhas e guarda-sol na praia e por fim gostei do atendimento no check out.

Cons:

Como o prédio é relativamento antigo, acho que precisa de algumas reformar em suas as instalações internas e externas.

A melhor localização em Pitangueiras. Hotel bastante completo, com uma excelente área de lazer, serviço de praia e restaurante próprio. A equipe foi muito solícita e resolveu todos as nossas demandas.

Em uma diária eu voltei para casa feliz, renovada e grata.
Pros:

Gostei do hotel como um todo, desde a entrada até a saída, todos foram gentis, atenciosos e muito prestativos. Eu e minha amiga nos sentimos mimadas. A sauna é maravilhosa, os quartos muito confortáveis. o café da manhã foi excelente e a rapidez com que a alimentação era reposta foi surreal. Parabéns a família Ferraretto. Obrigada
