Pros:

Da localização. Perto da rua dos bares, da Praça e da Casa Santos Dumond. Dá para fazer tudo isso a pé. O atendimento dos funcionários foi 10. Da cama e do chuveiro. O hotel por ser histórico e conservado tem um visual que encanta. No cafe da manhã os produtos na mesa eram poucos, mas podíamos pedir o que quiséssemos sem pagar nada a mais. A panqueca doce deles foi a MELHOR da minha vida. Fina, com uma textura e gosto únicos, parecia de chef premiado. Pedi 2. Voltaria lá só para comer novamente. Pude fazer massagem corporal e o preço foi ótimo. Pedi late check out e atenderam.

Cons:

Da parte de lazer. As piscinas( coberta e externa) não estavam cuidadas. A água não estava clara, parecia abandonada. Isso num fim‑de‑semana de feriado no dia anterior. Como fiquei apenas 1 noite e o meu foco era outro não fez diferença para mim.

Escolha perfeita
Pros:

Casarão antigo com linda decoração. Jardim maravilhoso e bem cuidado. Café da manhã delicioso e com várias opções , inclusive feitas a pedido. Quarto espaçoso, cama enorme e confortável. Chuveiro quente e toalhas trocadas na limpeza. O hotel está localizado e perto de todos os pontos turísticos centrais, sendo possível conhecer tudo numa deliciosa caminhada.

Cons:

Foi tudo perfeito, somente no dia do check-out o chuveiro não esquentou.

A royal setting and experience
Pros:

Solar do Imperio is a gem : beautiful historical property and gardens with excellent service, dining experiences and atmosphere. Breakfasts are amazing with delicious options and tastes. The dining room is just magnificent with its decor and ambiance.
Extremely polite and efficient staff.
The location of the hotel is perfect: in the heart of downtown Petropolis but peaceful at the same time. We were impressed by the attention and care of all staff members, reception personnel who were always very helpful and courteous. Thank you for making our 8-day stay memorable!!
