Dyn Opera Hotel

ハイバチュン通りから少し入ったところ、オペラハウスの裏側あたり。よって立地はとても良い。
新しくはないが室内は綺麗でコスパ良し。
シャンプー、ボディソープ、歯ブラシ、ドライヤーあり。
テレビはYouTube等ネット番組専用のようだった。
セーフティボックスが壊れていたのと、無料の水がなかったことが玉に傷。

繁華街やお土産等の買い物のお店までが近く便利がいいホテルでした。

シングルベッド×2の部屋をブッキングしていたが、ダブルベッド×1の部屋になってた。
清掃がちゃんとされていない。初日からシャワーの排水溝が詰まってた。

一泊の利用でしたが立地は抜群で、部屋やフロントがリノベーションされており、価格的には申し分ありません。
フロントの対応もよく、早い時間に着いたのですが、チェックインさせていただきました。また利用させていただきます。ありがとうございました。

Good location. Extremely mediocre room. Ok for a place to crash for a night or two, but I wouldn’t stay longer

The location is excellent, but the staff are not very friendly.

Room Key didn't work for me several times.

Bathroom smelled like stale urine. I had asked told the desk gal to clean it and it took over an hour for her to have someone clean the bathroom. Still smelled like stale urine and I asked a 2nd time for it to be cleaned. Smell never went away. I had to buy air freshener to help mask the smell a bit. There was a cockroach we had to kill in our room as well. Pictures on site are not uptodate and do not represent what the rooms look like.

Outside looking at the building the left side had rats running around and garbage along the walls. Smelled terrible as well.

I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

Good little room. Clean and somewhere good to rest your head.

Don't bother to book this hotel. I booked via Traveloka and the advert says with bathtub for Standard double. See attached. We booked because of we want the bathtub. Else, there are many nicer and cheaper hotel nearby. Nothing so great about this hotel.

1. Checked in around 2.10pm and was given a room without tub-304. All others great. Aircon was cold, with fridge.
2. Showed the counter lady my room comes with tub, she told me me traveloka made mistake. Well, I told her not my mistake so she needs to give me tub.
3. I was moved to 506, key lock problem. Not able to use card to tap open. After bathe and around 1hour+, the aircond not working. I was literally sweating. I went down, told a second lady name Wuna she wasn't able to converse in English but slightly helpful and super slow. 506 has many problems. No fridge too but I was given one from other room. Water blockage. Flooding toilet.
4. While Wuna was arranging for another room, came another lady name Chang, super rude and rolled her eyes at me. She even invited me to leave the hotel and told me to get back my money from Traveloka, she has no room for me to stay. Is this such an attitude or training given by DYN Hotel to the staff? She's very argumentative keep saying she feels cooling aircond. When I replied her I've been sweating past 2hours, how could you say cold?
What makes me pissed off is she said, "in Vietnam all hotel not cool air-conditioning".
I said, are you sure? This isn't my first trip to Vietnam. Then she rolled her eyes and walk off.
5. Cleanliness failed. There are long hairs on the pillow and bedsheets. I don't think they change the bedsheets after last guest's occupancy.
6. Room phone not working.

Overall, out of my many trips to HCMC and stayed in many hotels, I'd say this is the worse experience I had. Now I m staying in hot room. They are not willing to change, reason is no room and my room does not comes with tub. They only have tub room left

Please don't stay in this hotel. We made huge mistake. We should have read the reviews before booking this DYN.

They really spoil your vacation. Plus, they only want to win in any arguments. To them, they are always right. They should change the hotel name to EYE ROLLING HOTEL

It takes a lot of time to check in. Is it an Expedia problem? A problem on the hotel side?

朝食がビュッフェでない

밤에 도착했지만 가방을 들어서 올리는 걸 도와주지 않아요.수압이 좀 낮고...더운물이 아주 따뜻하지도 않구요..호텔의 위치는 좋은데 나머지는 별로였어요. 클리닝이 안되서 수건달라고 하니까..꽤 오래걸리네요..

On my arrival, I found out that the hotel moved me to another hotel for the night. I wasn’t informed of this decision prior or given the opportunity to cancel so that I can book another place. The place they booked me at is about 20 - 30 mins away from this location. When asked if they will reimburse me for my taxi fare to this location and back, they didn’t respond. Ruined my entire trip to Vietnam. I believe the way it was handled was extremely unprofessional. Won’t stay again.

Conveniently located in the heart of District 1, we could walk to most areas of interest and shopping and dining spots from the hotel. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise as you could also at times hear the other rooms on top of noise from outside. Friendly reception staff who could organise your laundry for you, just ask.
