It is a nice, spacious property with excellent original design that includes plenty of green area and sufficient parking space, swimming pools, gym outside...The access road to the property is of good quality and security seemed good and well organized. It is a pet friendly facility with plenty of space to walk the dog.
While the outside area was well maintained the inside, buildings themselves, looked like they need a bit more maintenance. I entered the room in which it was 31 degrees. Only when we entered the lady put on the air-condition and it took hours for the room to cool down. I wanted to go to the beach and they told me the transportation left at 10am (I arrived at 3pm which is the check-in time) and that the (bus) driver is not available...As I was with the car I asked for directions which they kindly provided. They did not explain that the club they directed me to is not affiliated to them, I needed to pay an entrance fee... I could not sleep well as my dog was hunting sizeable cockroaches the whole night...I took the picture of the 2 cockroaches (that did not manage to run away from him) and showed at the reception and the reaction to this, same like for the temperature of the room and non-availability of the driver, was yes sorry and no action whatsoever. Mosquitos are aggressive and my repellent did not really help outside but in the room it was ok...
