The rooms were clean and very spacious. Water heater connected to shower for hot water when required. Staff was courteous and quick check-in and check-out process. Location is very near to aiport CDF bus stop. It is some distance away from the night market and pub street though. Good Value for money!
The place was in a convenient place walking distance to the palace and night market, The property itself was ok. It had a bed and a shower. but nothing else. the property was outdated. The WIFi hardly work , the TV didn't work. If oy need a place to crash after spending all day walking then this serves the purpose.
Relación precio calidad buena.
Very basic, clean and comfortable. Value was ok. Area ok.
Super well located, small boutique hotel walking distance from the river, the night market, Pub Street (10 min), the Cambodian market and Wat Bo temple. Small, nice swimming pool which is really great after a day walking in the temples! Accommodation is basic and really clean, there is a small supermarket for kids across the street in front of the hotel if you want more water bottles or other simple things. There is also an ATM which is super convenient. The other supermarket (like 7/11) is just 3 min walk from the hotel. The staff was super helpful and nice, Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast can be taken in the hotel with choice of pancakes, eggs, toasts and fruits, 4 USD per pax, really good. Definitively will book again!
Beautiful little hotel in central Siem Reap. Gorgeous exterior with a lovely sun area and pool. Rooms were lovely, air conned and en suite was very clean and functional. Attached restaurant serves great food well worth a try! Staff incredible helpful and friendly.
Excellent location, we were given a room on higher floor as per request with unblock view. Staffs were really nice and helpful, swimming pool and restaurant are great additional, good budget accommodation in the city center.
Hotel is nice and clean. Each staff was very friendly. Looking forward again, thanks.
Siting along Watbo road took me 10 minutes walk to pub street with many choices of restaurant nearby, the cleanliness of the room. the staff, especially Sara who was responsible for us, was extremely attentive and always friendly with a smile on their faces. The breakfast was just amazing with a wide choice and we loved the fact that there was a free of charge tuk tuk pick up from Airport. enjoyed my stayed.
This is a pretty and traditional house, very conveniently situated in Siem Reap. Not too close to the bar street but close enough to easily get there. We booked the hotel because it had a pool. Unfortunately the levels of chlorine in the pool were such, that we went in only once for about 5 minutes. Our eyes were watering, skin irritated and the smell never got out of our bathing suits.... The staff is very friendly, but only one speaks a little English. The first night was a bit of a drama, as the bed was as hard as the wooden floor. We changed to another room next day, with a much more comfortable mattress. The bathroom is a bit small and hhas no power outlet. In the room there is a fridge but no safe. The room lacks power outlets. Only one and if you unplug the TV, another hidden one. Breakfast is basic but fine. We had a good time all in all.
シャワーカーテンが無かった。
We stayed at the villa for 8 nights. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was small no closet space. The shower is installed next to the toilet ( no separate stall). The lightening was poor making it difficult to read. Internet was very slow.
On a positive note . The pool was a welcome event after visiting the temples. Breakfast was fresh. Choices on menu. There is a nice court yard and sitting area on each floor. Walking distance to markets.
Overall our visit was quite good. Standard of room was good for price paid. Service was good.
However we had booked the family room as we are 2 adults & 3 children (2 under 5yrs old), but arrived to find we had been assigned 2 separate rooms. The excuse given was they thought we we 4 adults! Not sure how as it clearly stated on the booking confirmation 2 adult & 3 children. Fortunately on our second night we were able to move into the family room.
Breakfast was ok. But too bad if you don’t like fried eggs & toast as that is the only choices. The fresh fruit served with the eggs was nice though.
It was nice and clean, the wifi was slow however who cares we are on holidays. It’s a bit far in the dark from the market although only a $1 tuk tuk rise. Would recommend it’s great value and the staff try to be very helpful
I’m came over from Thailand for my friends wedding in Siem Reap.
Well I just can’t enough good things about this.
The rooms, small bit but clean and all in working order.
Breakfast, again basic, but good and for the money.
The restaurant food is very nice and reasonably priced.
But what made the place is the staff, so friendly and helpful;
I was late for breakfast a couple of times but was no problem.
I was still in my room at 2pm but the still cleaned my room.
I ended up staying a few days later but was not a problem.
They were always smiling and pleased to help.
The swimming pool and surrounding area was clean.
Would recommend for solo or small groups no problem, but small for families with “small” children ( no sure rooms are big enough but can check)
If i could, i would give this 4.5 /5. I stayed in this hotel for a total of five nights and absolutely loved it. It was the perfect base to visit all the sights in Siem Reap.
POSITIVES:
- Great price/quality.
- Lovely swimming pool in the front entrance, perfect after a day of sight seeing.
- Great accommodating staff who do anything for you to make your stay better.
- Fantastic breakfast included in the price.
- Comfortable room with TV, fridge, hangars and a large, comfortable double bed.
- Great location, 10 minute walk to the central markets and pub street but far enough away from all the noise if you want to get away from it all.
- I was able to get a reasonably priced tuk tuk outside to take me to the temples (15 dollars for the whole day).
- Tip, I went to the Kompong Pluk floating village and thought it was a bit of a rip off. I was travelling solo and they charged me 30 euros. I would choose another floating village or activity when you are in Siem Reap.
I don't really have anything negative to say about this place. It is a family run hotel who, in my opinion, are doing everything right.
I went to this place to have a 60 mins full body massage. From the beginning I got a strange feeling when the massager made some fake cry sound when she had to give me a massage. I anyway followed her to the room and there was a mattress on the floor. The lady started the massage and after 5 minutes she laid down between my legs and leaned on my hip pretending to do some massage thing. I waited for a minute and then looked at her and she was chatting on a phone?? She looked back to me, pointed her arm on my hip and said ”5 minutes, okay?”. After couple minutes she continued the massage for 2-3 minutes and put my leg to some stretching position, started to chat on the phone again and pretended to do the massage. I again waited for a moment and then looked at her and got the same answer ”5 minutes, okay?”. I felt so uncomfortable as I could feel her anger and didn’t want to be impolite. After couple more minutes just laying there & no massage I asked her if I could just leave, and she didn’t even care. So eventually I left after 10 minutes ”massage” and paid the full amount. I have never felt so uncomfortable and experienced this bad massage anywhere in Asia.
Close to pub street. Lots of places to eat nearby. Room was clean. Only the toilet could have been separated as the whole place is wet after a shower. Placement of shower head was funny. Other than that, it was okay
A fantastic stay in this beautiful small hotel - in fact we enjoyed it so much we booked an additional night!! The location is great - an easy walk or tuk tuk ride into the centre, the reception staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the pool is a godsend!! A gem in the city.
