ホスピタリティあふれるホテルです
Pros:

ロケーションもよく清潔で何よりスタッフの方のホスピタリティがありがたかったです。
加湿器をつけて外出したら、部屋に戻った時に加湿器がつけてあったり、フロントの対応もとても的確で親切でした。

Very Good Value For Money, Clean and Comfortable
Pros:

Great location, excellent clean, comfortable rooms. The outside of the building is deceiving because the quality of the rooms exceeds the impression given by the dated outside.

Cons:

I arrived at 1pm and the lady staff member was not willing to even enter a discussion regarding an early check in, eventhough I would have gladly paid extra.

We found the location of Rosana Hotel a more than perfect location to explore beautiful areas of Seo
Pros:

Breakfast was okay and convenient, lots of options.
The location is superb. We were so happy to be less than a block from the beautiful lakes and walking paths and exercise areas. The Lotte World Sky tower was very close and we watched the light display at night. The Lotte World mall was very close and we walked to it regularly. The neighboring restaurants were excellent and lots to chose from. It was a short walk to the Airport Limo service. Very, very excellent location.

צוות אדיב מאוד סבלני ויעיל. הסביר לנו הכל בצורה ברורה מאוד. ענו על כל הדרישות שהיו לנו מהם גם אם היו חורגות מהדרישות המקובלות.
עשו מעל ומעבר לדאוג לנו לחדרים נוחים וצמודים והיו מוכנים גם לשנות אם צריך ללא עלות.
ארוחת בוקר מעולה עם ליפתן פירות של פירות טרופיים מדהימים ויקרים ומאוד טעימים.
מרק הפטריות בארוחה דליקטס.
האורז המטוגן היה מעולה ועשוי כמו שצריך.

Not worth the price, better options around
Pros:

The location was great

Cons:

Light buttons are illuminated and make very strong light.
Bed sheets and surmatelas are shorter than bed size.
Breakfast is like a fast food where you have to clean up your service, for the price of the night it s not ok.

Ok but not for business travel
Pros:

The hotel is old, but the room is in general clean.

Cons:

1. For business travelers, this hotel does not provide an invoice if you make a reservation and pay on booking. I stayed in more than 50 hotels, and this is the first time this happened. This will create a lot of trouble if you want to reimburse.

2. The location is not far from the subway station, but not all trains stop at this station. You need to wait for all-stop trains, which means the frequency is low.
