Parfait !!!

Disappointing customer service and unexpected extra charges at check in but good location near Ayala
Pros:

Good location, very close to Ayala Malls.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience at check-in was disappointing. We booked a room for three people through Booking.com, but upon arrival we were asked to pay an extra fee for our daughter. The staff member could not show any indication of this on our booking and refused to call a manager when I asked for clarification, saying there was no manager in the hotel.

In the end, we paid the extra charge out of frustration. The handling of the situation was unprofessional and felt disrespectful. Because of this and the unexpected charges, we will likely stay at one of the nearby hotels on our next visit.

Pros:

アラヤモールにすぐにいけたのが便利でした。

Cons:

部屋が暗い。窓の作りが悪く、夜中も外からカラオケの声が聞こえた。アメニティも少ない。朝ごはんの評判が良かったので期待していたが、私と母はあまり好きではなかったです。
